任职要求
1)具备互联网公司或大型跨国企业项目管理、产品经理、产品运营或者业务运营经验,在专业领域具有深度认知和洞察。
2)具备较强的沟通能力,能进行高层对话,以及跨职能团队/跨文化背景的沟通能力,具备出色的英语听说读写能力,英语可作为工作语言。

1)作为境外业务产品团队国家(或地区)BP角色,深度参与产品需求管理、上线导入、收益复盘、反馈改善等全过程,面向不同国家业务团队提供产品解决方案服务,助力业务成功; 2)通过市场调研、用户调研、指标体系搭建、用户反馈机制建设等方式、主动积极发现所面向的业务团队潜在的机会和问题、推动产品和业务团队闭环改善,提升用户体验; 3)跨组织、跨职能沟通合作,建立和保持长期的可信任关系,建立匹配的协作机制和流程; 4)积极探索利用AI工具(如数据分析、访谈纪要分析、市场信息聚合等)提升洞察效率,形成结构化的产品需求输入。
1. Act as the country product business partner role in the product team, deeply involved in the entire process of product requirement management, launch introduction, benefits review, and feedback improvement. Provide product solution services to business teams in different countries to support business success. 2. Proactively identify potential opportunities and issues for the business teams through market research, user research, metric construction, and user feedback mechanism development. Drive closed-loop improvements between the product and business teams to enhance user experience. 3. Facilitate effective cross-national (and cross-time zone) communication and collaboration, establish and maintain long-term trusted relationships, and develop appropriate collaboration mechanisms. 4. 1. 牵头构建全球稳定性保障体系,包括多区域实时监控、容量管理、SLA/SLO 指标治理、快速响应与自愈机制,确保平台稳定运行。 2. 设计并落地跨云、跨区域的容灾架构,覆盖多活部署、数据一致性、故障切换、灾备演练,提升整体业务连续性能力。 3. 推动全球合规支撑架构的前置规划,结合中心+边缘部署思路,构建支持国别合规要求的数据本地化、访问控制、存储隔离等技术能力。 4. 建立技术演练与审计机制,覆盖故障应急响应、灾难恢复、合规检查,强化平台在极端情况下的恢复力和审计追溯能力。 5. 协同产品、安全、法务、数据等多团队,推进稳定性与合规能力平台化、标准化,提升系统能力的可复制性与可持续演进能力。 6. 理解国际化基础设施建设需求,有过 i18n(国际化)/ l10n(本地化)相关平台能力搭建经验,包括多语言、多时区、多币种、多地址体系、文化习惯等底层能力支持。
