Key Responsibilities Own the full procurement lifecycle for your designated marketing category, including demand consolidation, sourcing, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and delivery management — with the ability to support cross-border and international procurement needs. Lead supplier development, evaluation, KPI-setting, and performance management; build long-term, high-quality supplier relationships while continuously optimizing the supplier base to ensure service quality and on-time delivery. Monitor market dynamics and industry trends; track competitive landscapes and proactively adjust procurement strategies and supplier resources in response to market shifts. Build and refine category management frameworks; explore procurement models and processes that better serve evolving business needs, and drive business growth through actionable recommendations.
