Set the CEE region redmi series overall sales strategy, ensure product launch readiness; Manage the quarterly and long-term business planning; Responsible for meeting the product category’s sales and margin guidelines; Drive decisions for the product portfolio to define market opportunities and to develop a product launch and life-cycle strategy; Combining strategy, planning, and P&L support, as well as day to day execution; Responsible for conducting market/competitive/industry analysis; Analyze data to guide/develop business planning and promotional strategy; Run simulations based on analysis and promotion plans to develop forecasts for program costs; Drive commercial discussions, channel readiness, product sell in/ sell out/ sell through, and execution; Managing all partnerships with distributors and channels; Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain to develop local business;
We are looking for a passionate Legal Counsel responsible for the CEE region as part of the growing European Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment. The position will be based in Warsaw, Poland. You will support the business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice. Given the range of Xiaomi’s business, the position will include all fields of Law and you will be required to step out of the comfort zone in a startup-like environment. This position will directly report to the Head of Legal Europe with dotted line to the local management. The offered Position is a great opportunity to manage the region with great autonomy and to contribute to Xiaomi’s expansion in the local market. The position will include the following tasks: • Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations • Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts • Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates • Review of Marketing Material and Marketing Campaigns • Communication with Regulatory Authorities • Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels • Support in promoting the Compliance Program • Support and advice to the finance, tax, sales and HR department • Liaise with the HQ Legal Team • Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department

Cross-Border E-commerce Logistics Operations - CEE (Central East EU) Route: Formulate rational operational strategies and detailed execution plans based on the requirements of e-commerce business and the supply of service products from logistics providers, ensuring a tailored approach to operational excellence. 2. Coordination & Accountability: Oversee the management of local service providers and facilitate internal collaboration, taking responsibility for cost efficiency, transit times, and customer satisfaction along the CEE route. You will be instrumental in addressing operational issues and fostering seamless communication between internal and external clients. 3. End-to-End Logistics Optimization: Immerse yourself in every facet of the cross-border logistics chain (from destination airport in Europe to final consumers), exerting meticulous control over each stage. Act as the representative in driving continuous improvement and refinement of processes and systems. 4. Local to Local E-commerce Logistics Operations - Polish Market: Establish operation process and management mechanism from scratch for the local to local business to support the growth strategy from the ecommerce side. 2. Coordination & Accountability: Oversee the management of local service providers and facilitate internal collaboration, taking responsibility for cost efficiency, transit times, and customer satisfaction. You will be instrumental in addressing operational issues and fostering seamless communication between internal and external clients. 3. Responsibility: 1. Indirect procurement focus on indirect procurement (MKT, retail, admin, new retail), and with focus on after sale service & logistic, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within CEE & Nordic countries; 2. Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, to ensure all the execution could go well and efficiently, and keep optimizing deliverables' quality, cost and efficiency to contribute to better business success; 3. Develop the procurement strategy by category, to promote procurement's profession sustainably, to improve the coverage of frame agency, to manage the whole process from PR to payment and to avoid compliance risk; 4. Conduct supplier selection (including bidding) for all the categories to filter the excellent frame agency and implement PO under the frame contract, set up long-term relationship with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality; 5. As a qualified regional procurement manager, in-depth understanding of company's business, control the stakeholder's demands to make a comprehensive resource plan, and promote the satisfactions with stakeholders all the time.
