1.Responsible for mobile product operations in Turkey, including managing the product lifecycle through developing product strategies, pricing strategies, launch plans, PSI management, and more. Specific responsibilities include: 2.Market Insights: Independently conduct market insights and competitive analysis, identifying risks and developing corresponding strategies. 3.Product Strategy: Propose products based on market demand and assist the product team with product introduction and implementation.
Set the CEE region redmi series overall sales strategy, ensure product launch readiness; Manage the quarterly and long-term business planning; Responsible for meeting the product category’s sales and margin guidelines; Drive decisions for the product portfolio to define market opportunities and to develop a product launch and life-cycle strategy; Combining strategy, planning, and P&L support, as well as day to day execution; Responsible for conducting market/competitive/industry analysis; Analyze data to guide/develop business planning and promotional strategy; Run simulations based on analysis and promotion plans to develop forecasts for program costs; Drive commercial discussions, channel readiness, product sell in/ sell out/ sell through, and execution; Managing all partnerships with distributors and channels; Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, finance, sales and supply chain to develop local business;
1.Store Expansion: Manage and drive the execution of market analysis, site selection, store design, renovation, and Xiaomi store operations; 2.Store Operations: Participate in setting sales targets and store establishment strategies for assigned countries, collect operational and P&L data, conduct in-depth analysis of regional and national store performance, diagnose issues, and guide business improvement; 3. New Product Launches & Promotions: Drive sales growth for premium smartphones, tablets, and AIoT products through in-store launches and promotional campaigns; 4.Project Execution: Oversee and manage the implementation of corporate store operation initiatives at the frontline, taking ownership of related projects; 5.Global Mobility: This role is part of an overseas assignment pool. After training and supporting regional operations at HQ, the candidate will be assigned to an international location (specific country TBD).

Leveraging Xiaomi’s strengths in smartphones, the vast user base of HyperOS, and a large-scale network of AIoT devices, we aim to create innovative advertising solutions that balance monetization with a seamless user experience. This role is critical to the company's global business growth and plays a key part in driving overseas advertising revenue. As a Senior Programmatic Sales Expert, you will bring a comprehensive understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem and a proven ability to sell traffic monetization solutions. You will work at the core of the business, leading strategic engagements with global advertising platforms, DSPs, and Ad Exchanges, while collaborating across internal teams—including operations, product, and technology—to achieve key partnership goals. Job Responsibilities: 1. Business Development and Growth - Build and maintain relationships with global DSPs, Ad Exchanges, SSPs, and other advertising platforms. - Formulate strategies to promote Xiaomi’s traffic monetization offerings and identify new business opportunities to drive continuous growth in overseas advertising revenue. 2. End-to-End Customer Management - Lead the full business lifecycle: from prospecting and deal negotiation to contract execution and performance growth. - Be data-driven—track performance, identify growth opportunities, and propose timely strategies to boost revenue. 3.
