任职要求
1、8年以上相关工作经验，具备大型互联网企业、空调或家电行业智能算法研究工作优先，有智慧家居思维，有想象力，熟悉各位智能家居产品者优先; 2、计算机、机器学习、大数据、大模型等相关专业；熟悉TensorFlow/PyTorch/MXNet其中一种或多种框架模型的训练和部署；优秀的代码能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，熟悉C/C++或Python； 3、有以下领域之一的技术积累： a) 机器学习/数据挖掘； b) 自然语言处理：预训练、自然语言生成、对话、问答等； c) 计算机视觉：图像视频分类、目标检测、视频内容分析、文字检测和识别、场景理解、人脸识别、物体检测追踪等； d）大模型开发经验，家电大模型优先; 4、具备项目开发能力，抗压力及自驱力强，能推进项目开展、管理项目团队、管控项目质量及节点。
工作职责
1、负责家用空调产品智能算法、智能功能研发工作，提升小米空调智能交互控制技术水平； 2、负责家用空调大数据分析与挖掘，挖掘家用大数据数据价值，用以制定技术研究路线方向； 3、空调售后故障智能自诊断技术研究,服务端信息智能收集、分类、推送功能研究，降低售后成本，提升用户口碑； 4、负责相关技术总结、技术专利、技术规范编写等工作。
