1、洞察手机研发流程的各个环节的低效点，提出并落实改进措施，包括但不限于：流程的优化、研发效能度量相关平台的研发 2、负责手机研发流程的度量体系建设，通过技术手段优化研发从需求到开发、测试、发布全过程体验和效率，负责相关效能工具及平台产品的开发与演进；
