- Legal advice and research on laws and regulations - Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts - Drafting of guidelines, policies and templates - Review of marketing material and campaigns - Communication with regulatory authorities - Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels - Supporting daily operation of business teams as well other functional departments - Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department
The position will include the following tasks: 1. Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations. 2. Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts. 3. Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates. 4. Review of Marketing Material and Marketing and Retail Campaigns. 5. Communication with Regulatory Authorities. 6. Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels. 7. Support in promoting the Compliance Program. 8. Support and advice to the finance, tax, sales and HR department. 9. Liaise with the HQ Legal Team. 10. Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.

• 作为香港及南亚地区的知识产权协调人,与国际研发团队沟通,了解技术发展趋势; • 对研发人员开展专利与知识产权相关培训; • 参与研发过程中的创新点识别、专利挖掘与初步评估; • 协助准备和审阅专利申请文件,与外部专利事务所协调工作; • 开拓并维护国际知识产权法律事务所及相关资源关系网络; • 与全球知识产权团队协同工作,支持国际业务知识产权战略目标的实现。 • Act as IP coordinator for Hong Kong and South Asia region, communicating with international R&D teams to understand technology trends; • Conduct IP and patent-related training sessions for R&D staff; • Participate in innovation disclosure, patent mining, and preliminary evaluation during R&D activities; • Assist in preparing and reviewing patent application documents and coordinating with external patent firms; • Develop and maintain working relationships with international IP law firms and service providers; • Collaborate with global IP team to achieve strategic international business objectives.
1.Media Strategy: Develop and execute a PR strategy tailored to the North American market, aligning with global brand objectives to drive brand awareness and credibility. 2.Lead media outreach, including press releases, embargo coordination, and exclusive briefings with media outlets. 3.Crisis & Reputation Management: Proactively monitor and address PR risks, and build rapid-response protocols for emerging issues, collaborating with legal and compliance teams. 4.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing and brand management to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. Set measurable KPIs for media coverage, sentiment analysis, and share of voice against competitors. 5.Build and lead a high-performing PR team, including hiring, training, and mentoring junior staff.
• Bridges research and product development by applying cutting-edge techniques to solve real-world product challenges with limited guidance. • Collaborates across teams and contributes to technology transfer, patents, internal tools, and publications to drive business impact. • Maintains professional networks, supports recruitment efforts, and may assist in mentoring interns or junior team members. • Documents research processes, experiments, and findings to promote innovation and ensure reproducibility. • Applies advanced research strategies and gains deep expertise in areas like machine learning, NLP, computer vision, and statistical modeling to improve product quality. • Leverages data-driven approaches to optimize large-scale systems and ensure high performance; conducts AIGC research to enhance ad quality; analyzes offline and online performance to deliver scalable solutions that improve user and advertiser experiences.
