You'll make an impact by • Proactively contacting suppliers with registration requests for a web-based platform • Requesting suppliers to provide material substance declarations as required within this platform • Staying in close contact with suppliers, assisting, reminding, and performing calls to ensure that all requested information is properly entered into the platform • Checking whether all categories and substances are completely filled out by suppliers within this platform • Tracking the registration process in Siemens' internal web tool and following up on target dates • Regularly reporting the process progress to management and Siemens customers • Preparing reports and supporting digital project tasks • Supporting other functional tasks assigned by the supervisor
