1. French Law qualification. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience gained as an in-house lawyer or as a lawyer in a law firm in advising business clients. 3. Full proficiency in French and English. 4. Strong commercial sense and pragmatism. 5. Being able to prioritize and handle tight deadlines.
工作职责
The position will include the following tasks: 1. Legal Advice and Research on Laws and Regulations. 2. Draft, Review and Negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts. 3. Drafting of Guidelines, Policies and Templates. 4. Review of Marketing Material and Marketing and Retail Campaigns. 5. Communication with Regulatory Authorities. 6. Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels. 7. Support in promoting the Compliance Program. 8. Support and advice to the finance, tax, sales and HR department. 9. Liaise with the HQ Legal Team. 10. Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department.

Involved in testing system setup, technology team planning, construction of testing technology platform. 5. Lead and design technology solution and architecture for system integration test, and push solution deployment and implementation. 6. Responsible for the system integration test in product deployment phase of the development lifecycle, ensure product go-live with high quality. 7. Research new technologies and new methods in testing domain, apply and promote them, improve industry influence. 8. To senior candidates, you are expected to lead a team of members and provide internal and external mobile technology workshops, training, and sharing.
