Accounting, Audit, Tax & Financial Reporting: • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local regulations. • Coordinate external audits and tax consultants, ensuring smooth collaboration and compliance with auditing standards. • Oversee tax filings, audits, and liaison with tax authorities to ensure compliance and minimize risks. • Stay updated on financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards, implementing necessary adjustments.
1. Calculate program discounts and incentives for channel partners using validated sales data. 2. Process accurate, timely partner payments with minimal supervision; reconcile and clear variances. 3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through close collaboration with internal teams. 4. Serve as the primary contact for partner payment status; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly. 5. Streamline channel-finance workflows and models; provide actionable financial advice that improves process efficiency and control. 6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the organization’s overall financial objectives. 7. We are seeking an experienced and mature Reporting Senior Manager to lead and manage the team that is responsible for the end-to-end group reporting process. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate consolidated financial reporting, while also providing oversight over legal entity financial controllership, including maintenance of entity structures, intercompany reconciliations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively across finance, tax, legal, and operational functions to continuously improve processes and support the integrity of group- level financial information. Legal Entity Controllership • Serve as the financial steward of designated legal entities, ensuring proper accounting, reporting, and compliance. • Oversee legal entity maintenance, including new entity set-up, mergers, dissolutions, and reorganizations. • Partner with tax, treasury, and legal teams to ensure appropriate entity-level reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. • Review balance sheet and income statement at the entity level for accuracy and trend analysis. Process Ownership & Improvement • Champion initiatives to streamline and automate the consolidation process. • Drive standardization and harmonization of reporting practices across entities. • Identify and resolve issues related to data quality, chart of accounts alignment, and system integration. • Provide support for implementation of on-going and new projects such systems simplification, legal organization structure simplification and compliance matters Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration • Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of managers, accountants or analysts involved in consolidation and reporting. • Act as the key liaison between local entity finance teams, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Accounting. • Coordinate the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deliverables are met. • Support internal and external audit processes and respond to audit queries related to consolidation and legal entity reporting.
• Gather and analyze bulletins and release documentation published by the schemes and local alternative payment methods. • Deeply understand card scheme fee rules, and perform technical analysis to determine present and future impact of scheme fee and interchange fee updates. • Collaborate with various lines of business across the company to implement and communicate scheme fee updates impacting our business and our merchants. • Translate upcoming interchange and scheme fees updates into business requirements, and work closely with our development teams with implement these in pricing engine accurately and within deadline. • Perform fee reconciliation with Card scheme billing and invoice to ensure accuracy and evaluation of any discrepancies. • Monitors and analyzes cost performance of interchange and scheme fee, providing support on data analysis and report to management and relevant team. • Assist with performing impact analyses for merchant inquiries regarding their scheme fee expense, and perform analyses to identify scheme fee optimization opportunities for company and our merchants. • Work closely with the finance pricing function to provide technical expertise and guidance on developing new pricing strategies and mitigating pricing risks. • Participate in the development, optimization & documentation of business processes. • Other related duties assigned as needed.
