1. Calculate program discounts and incentives for channel partners using validated sales data. 2. Process accurate, timely partner payments with minimal supervision; reconcile and clear variances. 3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures through close collaboration with internal teams. 4. Serve as the primary contact for partner payment status; investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly. 5. Streamline channel-finance workflows and models; provide actionable financial advice that improves process efficiency and control. 6. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the organization’s overall financial objectives. 7. Able to liaise with both internal and external parties and work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
1. Handle end to end finance related matters for the integration of third-party payment channels to support business requirements, including (but not limited to): - Contribute to the assessment process for channel partners onboarding and channels contractual terms review; -Provide requirements and coordinate with relevant teams (business, product, technology etc.) for the development/enhancement of internal system capabilities for computation of channel cost (where required); -Assist with configuration and testing (UAT) of system functionality for the implementation of financial system integration solutions. -Assist in ensure stability of operational function at initial go live stage of the integration including handling reconciliation of channel fees charges etc. before handling to relevant operational function team. 2. To design and implement standard operation procedure surrounding operational processes relevant to the onboarding of third-party payment solution providers. 3. Take ownership to proactively identify risks in the existing systems and processes to implement the necessary controls and improvements to minimize and mitigate risks through the collaboration with the relevant teams. 4. Monitors and analyzes cost performance of payment channels, providing support on data analysis and reporting of payment channels cost (as required). 5. Participate in operational/business initiatives for any enhancement as required.

Responsible for the planning and design of FX products, including quoatation, currency exchange, and international payment solutions, delivering innovative and high-quality forex services for global users 2. Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to create PRDs and ensure on time delivery. 3. Build strong FX channels with banks or finance institutions, maintaining and expanding the FX business ecosystem 4. Monitor the operational data and market feedback of FX products, identify potential user needs, and optimize user experience.
• Understand the toB business deeply and conduct comprehensive strategy analysis by combining internal and external data. • Provide critical analysis support for company strategy, tactical decisions, and operational decisions. • Proactively obtain market, industry, and competitor information through various channels. • Establish and continuously improve analysis systems for tracking market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. • Based on the established analysis framework, define data product requirements. • Collaborate effectively with relevant teams (e.g., technology development) to design a business analysis evaluation system focused on business model health. • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and core operation monitoring indicators (e.g., merchant lifecycle funnel, capacity, transaction contribution). • Complete operational projections, indicator analysis, and attribution analysis.
• Understand the business and conduct business analysis by combining internal and external data to provide analysis support for company strategy, tactical decisions, and operational decisions. • Design a business analysis evaluation system from the perspective of business model health, including KPIs and core process monitoring indicators, and complete all tracking and analysis. Provide objective and professional evaluations of business results and give suggestions and opinions for business development, and assist with implementation. • Obtain market/industry/competitor information through various channels, establish and continually improve the analysis systems for market, industry trends, and competitor tracking. Analyze all aspects, from macro trends to micro individual strategies, core competencies, product features and experiences, users, marketing, etc. Identify opportunities and provide professional business suggestions, and assist with implementation.
