1.Responsible for Xiaomi’s smartphone ST (Sales & Trade) operations with telecom operators in Guatemala, achieving optimal sales targets through cross-departmental collaboration and identifying high-quality local channel partners; 2.Develop Xiaomi smartphone sales strategies by analyzing product, pricing, market demand, and customer needs, while aligning with Xiaomi’s product pricing and configuration policies to gain market share; 3.Collaborate with the retail team to design IR (In-Store Retail) market promotion plans to enhance Xiaomi’s brand visibility.
Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Associate Business Development Director to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing key account client relationships while developing strategies for growth. This position plays a crucial part in driving growth and maximizing business opportunities across our diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise to develop strategic partnerships, enhance customer engagement, and identify new business opportunities that align with our business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a leading digital payment platform. Job Description ● Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders including shopping malls, retail chains, and government authorities ● Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives to expand our market presence ● Analyse market trends and competitor landscape to inform business strategies ● Develop and execute customer retention and acquisition strategies utilizing CRM tools ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and satisfaction ● Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and partnership materials to prospective clients ● Develop and implement effective strategies and promotion campaigns to deliver business results and meet performance targets ● Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement ● Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and high performance within the sales team ● Prepare and present reports on sales performance and business development activities to senior management
• Lead the Marcom Greater China Team and foster a culture of insightful and innovative thinking within the team, empowering them to make data-driven decisions based on identified key insights about business partners across different markets • Lead the planning and execution of Apple's channel communications and experiences (product launches, refreshes, campaign extensions), ensuring timely delivery, flawless execution, and continuous improvement through insights and learnings. • Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. • Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges. • Develop and maintain strong communication channels between internal teams (worldwide channel functions and sales) and Global (Geo) Partner Communications teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies and communication plans, encompassing advertising, digital channels, and partner-owned marketing channels (in-store and online).
