任职要求
1、实习期保证6个月以上，全职到岗，学历本科及以上； 2、 熟练掌握ES6，熟悉NodeJS，熟悉前端工程化； 3.、熟悉JavaScript，TypeScript、HTML、CSS等技术； 4.、熟悉MVVM框架开发，如Vue、React等； 5、有强烈的上进心，自我驱动，学习适应能力强，乐观自信，能挑战自我不断追求卓越； 6、有强烈的责任心和团队精神，善于沟通和合作。
工作职责
1. 负责广告投放平台、内部CMS以及数据平台的开发工作，包括需求沟通、功能设计与实现。 2. 协助完成Web界面组件设计与开发，优化用户体验与界面性能，提升平台易用性与响应速度。 3. 在指导下，学习并实践前端工程化、模块化开发，提升代码质量与可维护性。 4. 参与软件开发全流程：包括问题分析与总结、优化建议提出、技术分享与代码评审，助力研发流程改进，快速融入敏捷开发团队。
