High technical and creative abilities are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently and with a team. You will wear many hats: Developing Strategic Roadmaps: Crafting comprehensive roadmaps for the creation, deployment, and lifecycle management of creative assets, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and market needs. Market and Trend Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to guide the strategic direction of creative asset development. Innovation Leadership: Leading the exploration and incorporation of innovative design trends and technologies into creative asset development to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product development, and design teams to ensure creative assets are effectively integrated into broader company initiatives. Target Audience Analysis: Identifying and understanding target audience segments to tailor creative assets that meet their preferences and needs. Asset Performance Analysis: Utilizing data analytics to assess the performance of creative assets, identifying areas for optimization to improve engagement and conversion rates. Feedback Integration: Implementing a feedback loop with users and internal teams to gather insights and continuously refine and improve creative assets. Emerging Technologies: Staying abreast of emerging technologies and design tools that can enhance the creation and distribution of creative assets. Software and Tools Evaluation: Recommending and implementing software solutions and tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of creative asset production.
- Legal advice and research on laws and regulations - Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of national and international contracts - Drafting of guidelines, policies and templates - Review of marketing material and campaigns - Communication with regulatory authorities - Coordination of disputes and claims, including managing external counsels - Supporting daily operation of business teams as well other functional departments - Assist in the further development of the Legal & Compliance Department
1.Manage indirect procurement category (MKT, Retail, Admin, Logistics etc) and focus on after-sale service & logistics, to establish and continuously optimize the procurement guideline and management system according to variety of categories within WEU countries; 2.Set up and manage the supplier pool by category to support the stakeholder departments, to ensure all the execution could go well and efficiently, and keep optimizing deliverables' quality, cost and efficiency to contribute to better business success; 3.Develop the procurement strategy by category, to promote procurement's profession sustainably, to improve the coverage of frame agency, to manage the whole process from PR to payment and to avoid compliance risk; 4.Conduct supplier selection for all the categories to filter the excellent frame agency and implement PO under the frame contract, set up long-term relationship with high-quality suppliers to improve procurement efficiency and service quality; 5.As sponsor for country/regional procurement manager, in-depth understanding of company's business, control the stakeholder's demands to make a comprehensive resource plan, and promote the satisfactions with stakeholders all the time.
1. Market Research:a. Assist in conducting industry market research and customer demand surveys in Spain, France, Belgium, and other countries.b. Organize and refine research data to support the creation of market analysis reports. 2. Product Pricing:a. Collect product pricing requirements, optimization/iteration needs, and new product development demands across different countries.b. Track the scheduling and implementation progress of requirements to ensure timely execution. 3. Data & Systems:a. Assist in the setup and optimization of product-related data dashboards.b. Participate in product system testing and provide support for system launches.
