工作职责


Role Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who genuinely loves social media, understands content performance, and can manage agencies while remaining hands-on. This role owns the brand’s local social media presence and ensures strong content quality, consistency, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Own and execute the brand’s local social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X
Define clear content directions and develop monthly/quarterly content plans aligned with brand positioning and business objectives
Manage and collaborate with social media and content agencies, including briefing, feedback, quality control, and delivery timelines
Create and support basic video editing for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, short videos) to enable fast and flexible content output
Work closely with PR, KOLs, creators, and agencies to amplify campaigns and daily content performance
Track and analyze key social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize content based on insights
Act as the brand’s social media guardian, ensuring long-term consistency in tone of voice, visuals, and messaging
