Role Overview We are looking for a Social Media Manager who genuinely loves social media, understands content performance, and can manage agencies while remaining hands-on. This role owns the brand’s local social media presence and ensures strong content quality, consistency, and growth. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the brand’s local social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X Define clear content directions and develop monthly/quarterly content plans aligned with brand positioning and business objectives Manage and collaborate with social media and content agencies, including briefing, feedback, quality control, and delivery timelines Create and support basic video editing for short-form content (Reels, TikTok, short videos) to enable fast and flexible content output Work closely with PR, KOLs, creators, and agencies to amplify campaigns and daily content performance Track and analyze key social media KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth) and optimize content based on insights Act as the brand’s social media guardian, ensuring long-term consistency in tone of voice, visuals, and messaging

Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategies to increase website visits and user conversion rates. Analyze traffic data to identify trends and opportunities, optimizing operational strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to drive cross-departmental traffic growth projects. Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including SEM, SEO, social media, and display ads. Develop A/B testing plans and make optimization adjustments based on test results. Monitor and report on key traffic metrics, providing regular analysis reports and improvement suggestions.
- Develop and execute online marketing strategies, with full responsibility for brand development and management; - Familiar with digital advertising channels, including search marketing (NAVER/Google), social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), in-app advertising, and KOL collaborations; - Leverage data analysis to optimize user acquisition, retention, and conversion processes, and improve overall ROI; - Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, design, operations) and external agencies to implement integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns; - Lead and manage the local marketing team, enhancing team execution and creative capabilities; - Stay on top of Korean consumer trends and the competitive landscape, continuously providing high-quality market insights and innovative strategies.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth strategies for Al consumer apps and websites, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention and referral. - Own user acquisition and growth initiatives via influencer marketing, paid media, community operations, and content distribution. - Continuously monitor trends, user feedback and user behavior analytics in target markets to gather market insights. - Develop product positioning strategies based on market research, user behavior analysis and competitor benchmark. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to rapidly ® iterate and launch growth initiatives. - Initiate and manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), community operations and event marketing. - Build and manage user communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to increase engagement and retention. - Plan and execute global influencer campaigns (KOL/KOC), identify top-performing creators, and track ROl and conversions. - Drive organic content growth on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to acquire users at low cost. - Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), including creative testing and budget allocation. - Coordinate SEO strategy and execution to improve product visibility on international search engines. - Analyze channel performance and user acquisition metrics, and build repeatable growth playbooks. - Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
