Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, or organization. 4. Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms and campaign management. 5. Proficiency with social media management tools 6. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) for creating compelling content and engaging with audiences. 7. Creative thinking and an ability to generate fresh ideas and unique approaches to social media campaigns. 8. Organizational skills to manage multiple social media accounts, content calendars, and campaigns simultaneously. 9. Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively. 10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams. 11. Attention to detail to ensure high-quality, error-free content. 12. Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues with platforms or campaign performance.
工作职责
1. Content Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement content strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, etc.). - Align with agency to create & develop content calendar, including thematic content, campaigns, and promotions. - Collaborate with creative team to create multimedia content (photos, videos, infographics, etc.). - Collaborate product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency. - Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms, adapting to platform-specific styles and audiences. 2. Data Analytics & Reporting - Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc). - Develop weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve campaign, content strategy, and ROI. - Keep up with social media algorithm to ensure content is optimized for visibility and engagement. 3. Paid Social Media Ads - Brief and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc. 4. Trend Spotting & Innovation - Stay updated on emerging social platforms, trends, and viral content, integrating these into brand strategy.
1. Manage Moroccan social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok) 2. Manage budget for social media and related advertising programs. 3. Work with Xiaomi's global social media team to provide local market insights and listen to local social media trends.

Strategic Planning: - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with the company's marketing goals. - Analyze users, social channels, market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy and identify opportunities. 2. Content Creation: - Come up with social content plan of engaging, high-quality content for all social media platforms. - Ensure content is consistent with the brand voice and messaging. 3. Campaign Management: - Plan and execute social media campaigns (includig social UGC campaigns), monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives. 4. Performance Analysis: - Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. - Report on performance and provide insights to the marketing team and executive leadership.

Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and cohesive content strategy across channels. - Content Creation: Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with international audiences. - Community Building: Foster meaningful connections with our audience by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building a loyal online community. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, conversions) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. - Trendspotting: Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and cultural shifts to keep our strategy fresh and relevant. - Email Marketing: Support email marketing efforts by aligning social media campaigns with broader digital marketing initiatives.
1. Build and lead Xiaomi GCC (Foucs on Qatar/Oman/Kuwait) social media strategy in line with business objectives 2. Manage social media accounts for a line of Qatar/Oman/Kuwait (Facebook, Instagram) 3. Manage the social media and related project budget, and manage company CRM system accordingly, providing monthly updates on spend and activity 4. Collaborate with Xiaomi’s global social media team and middle east project team to provide local market insights and listen to local social media trend
