工作职责


1. Content Strategy and Planning
- Develop and implement content strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, etc.).
- Align with agency to create & develop content calendar, including thematic content, campaigns, and promotions.
- Collaborate with creative team to create multimedia content (photos, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Collaborate product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms, adapting to platform-specific styles and audiences.

2. Data Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc).
- Develop weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to improve campaign, content strategy, and ROI.
- Keep up with social media algorithm to ensure content is optimized for visibility and engagement.

3. Paid Social Media Ads
- Brief and manage paid campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.

4. Trend Spotting & Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging social platforms, trends, and viral content, integrating these into brand strategy.
