【About the Role】 We are seeking an experienced Suspension & Steering Engineer to join our Hardware Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of suspension and steering systems from concept design through to series production, with a focus on system design, component engineering, and product integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, high-quality hardware solutions aligned with overall vehicle performance targets. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Lead the design and development of suspension and steering hardware systems, from concept phase to series production 2. Define system architecture, technical requirements, and component specifications 3. Drive mechanical design, layout, and packaging of suspension and steering components 4. Support kinematics & compliance (K&C) development from a hardware and system integration perspective 5. Collaborate with CAE teams on structural, durability, and performance validation (e.g. strength, fatigue, NVH) 6. Work closely with suppliers on component development, design release, and industrialization 7. Support vehicle integration, issue analysis, and resolution during prototype and production phases 8. Ensure design solutions meet targets in performance, cost, weight, quality, and manufacturability 9. Contribute to continuous improvement of chassis hardware development processes
"1. Target Management: Target setting for AIoT categories and follow up on weekly, monthly, and quarterly target achievements. 2. Product Management: Responsible for product lifecycle management, including planning for the introduction, growth, maturity, and end-of-life stages. Develop launching plans of Xiaomi Store channel for products based on product launch schedules, key selling points, and competitive analysis. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the execution and delivery of new product launches. 3. Sales Management: Responsible for the sales revenue achievement of the assigned categories. Regularly organize and report sales analysis, review summaries, and category operation strategies and analysis. 4. Market Insight: Collect information on the market, industry, and competitors, conduct product analysis and positioning, and develop corresponding output product plans and drive implementation. Develop retail strategies for products, monitor sales throughout the product lifecycle, and summarize patterns and tactics."

Build and maintain relationship with public authorities at different levels related to Xiaomi business, including but not limited to ministries, local authorities etc. Arrange meetings for top management and expert units with government officials and key stakeholders. 2. Provide in-depth analysis of digital industry policies and regulations related to Xiaomi’s business in Italy and wider Europe with a focus an product compliance, identifying and monitoring potential risks and giving policy advice. 3. Interact actively with industrial associations relevant to Xiaomi businesses and develop and manage a network of contacts with industrial partners. 4. In close relation with Xiaomi’s Milano office, coordinate internal and external stakeholders to formulate Xiaomi’s position to relevant policy topics. 5. Represent Xiaomi’s position in regular interactions with different actors in government, research institutes, international organizations and other public agencies. 6. Collaborate cross-functionally with local business units (such as sales and marketing teams) and the Risk Compliance Center, provide support for relevant issues. 7. Coordinate advocacy activities related to product requirements.

Collaborate cross-functionally with local business units (such as sales and marketing teams) and provide support for relevant issues. 7. Apply for relevant licenses and certifications where government approval is needed. 8. Assist the French team to conduct policy analysis and facilitate activities on French and European level. 9. Lead in relevant CSR projects and assist HQ or France business region in CSR-related topics or activities. 10. Coordinate IP-related advocacy activities.
The Role: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Anti-Trust Counsel responsible for Europe as a part of the growing European Legal & Compliance Team in a highly dynamic and international environment. The position will be based in Belgium. You will support the business of Xiaomi with your proven expertise and pragmatic, business oriented and pro-active advice. The position will include the following tasks: • Manage and lead all kinds of projects related to Anti-Trust investigations including RFIs • Provide advice to the management and business team on all aspects of antitrust compliance • Provide advice on the implementation and impact of the DMA • Assess current and future business models from an Anti-Trust perspective • Plan, organize and implement the European Anti-Trust Compliance Program • Provide Anti-Trust Compliance trainings on a regular basis • Provide leadership and support on a wide variety of Anti-Trust matters • Constant monitoring and learning of new trends and laws.
