工作职责
1. 门店运营管理 负责区域内门店日常运营标准落地,包括门店陈列、价格执行、库存管理、促销执行、物料布置、人员排班和服务标准。 定期巡店,检查门店形象、产品展示、导购话术、竞品动态和客户体验,确保门店符合公司零售运营标准。 针对低效门店、低产门店制定专项提升计划,提高门店销售产出和运营质量。 2. 团队管理与人员培养 管理区域内零售团队,包括店长、导购、促销员或门店负责人等一线人员。 负责团队目标分解、日常激励、绩效跟进和人员辅导,提升团队销售能力和执行力。 组织产品知识、销售技巧、服务流程、促销政策等培训,帮助一线员工提升转化率和客单价。 3. 渠道和客户协同 及时反馈渠道问题,协助解决门店运营、价格管理、库存压力、竞品冲击等实际问题。 4. 促销活动执行 负责区域内新品上市、节日促销、门店活动、路演活动、会员活动等零售活动的组织和执行。 跟进活动前准备、活动中执行和活动后复盘,确保活动资源投入能够转化为实际销售结果。 分析活动效果,包括销量提升、客流变化、转化率、费用效率和ROI。 5. 数据复盘与问题改善。 针对销售下滑、产品结构不合理、库存偏高、人员效率低、门店执行差等问题,制定具体改善措施。 推动区域形成“目标—执行—检查—复盘—改善”的闭环管理机制。

The role is responsible for integrating sales & financial plans, and developing strategies to reach regional GMV and profitability goals, and work with operation teams in regional and countries to execute the strategies. The role requires analyzing data and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business strategies, sales plan and customer needs. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales and Financial Planning Develop and manage integrated sales and financial plans, including sales forecasts, margin analysis and budget allocations to align with business objectives. The role will have counterparts in countries to develop proposals, but the role needs to identify the issues/optimization opportunity and develop strategy to meet GMV and profitability goals 2. Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Regional Category Manager ( Fashion) to focus on consumer insights, market analysis, fashion trends, and category strategy development across six Southeast Asian markets (Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam). This role is responsible for leveraging data analytics to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, formulating category growth strategies, optimizing Lazada’s product assortment, and identifying new business opportunities Key Responsibilities: (1) Consumer Insights & Market Analysis • Study consumer behavior across different Southeast Asian markets and build accurate user personas. • Analyze market competition and define the industry landscape in different countries. • Leverage internal platform data to identify key consumer trends and refine category strategies. (2) Fashion Trends & Assortment Analysis • Monitor global and Southeast Asian fashion trends and analyze their impact on local markets. • Analyze Lazada’s existing product assortment to ensure alignment with consumer demand. • Use data analytics to identify market gaps and introduce trending new products and categories. (3) Opportunity Identification & Strategy Development • Develop category growth strategies and identify breakthrough opportunities through data analysis and market research. • Break down category growth targets and coordinate with relevant teams for execution. • Refine product selection strategies to enhance the competitiveness and conversion rate of core products. (4) Data-driven Decision Making & Optimization • Analyze user, industry, and market data to develop targeted strategic adjustments. • Establish standardized data analytics frameworks to improve category operations.
