影石QPM工程师

A. 系统学习与轮岗实践： 参与质量中心项目质量管理、供应商质量管理、生产质量管理、可靠性设计与验证、质量体系等模块的轮岗学习，掌握相机产品全生命周期质量管理工具。 B. 质量工具应用： 学习并实践SPC（统计过程控制）、8D报告、FMEA（潜在失效分析）、PDCA等质量工具，参与实际质量问题解决项目。 C. 跨部门协作： 协同研发、生产、供应链团队，推动质量改善措施落地。 D. 定岗规划： 结合轮岗表现及个人兴趣进行定岗。 E. 职业发展 1年内：通过轮岗掌握质量体系全流程技能，独立承担部门基础质量工作。 2-3年：晋升为专业质量工程师（如QPM/SQM/FQM/LAB工程师），主导关键质量项目。 长期目标：质量经理/质量专家，参与企业质量战略制定。

1、负责监管产品开发各阶段工作完成状况，包括器件评审、堆叠评审、质量标准评审、试产评审、试产质量水准、产品测试验收状况、量产质量水准等，并提供专业建议； 2、参与试产，安排可靠性等相关的产品及元器件认证测试、样品的确认，跟进测试进度及测试结果，跟踪产品质量问题，对以上问题进行汇总和提炼； 3、定期组织团队内部成员，总结产品问题点及改善对策，并跟进改善进度和效果验收； 4、review测试验收报告，主导完成项目各主要阶段的评估； 5、主导售后质量工程师处理市场投诉和退机的分析，为其提供相关信息及其他所需支持。

As the Manager for the QPM team in Greater China, you will be responsible for leading and developing a talented team of Quality Program Managers. You will provide coaching and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance, while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
 In this role, you will work with the business teams (in region and worldwide) as well as collaborate with the Retail Customer Care leadership. You will translate the regional quality strategy into actionable plans for the GC market, ensuring that our quality initiatives are tailored to local customer expectations and business needs. You will participate in business reviews, provide quality insights and are responsible for driving quality and performance improvements. You will need to be responsible in supporting and guiding QPMs to achieve business goals in customer experience and quality performance and includes building behavior based plans based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
