Excellent communication and team management skills, able to effectively drive team collaboration; 5. Good English communication skills, able to fluently write and speak English.

Responsibilities: 1. Research and analyze market trends and competitive environment in the Asia-Pacific region, develop appropriate marketing strategies; 2. Responsible for developing annual market plans and budgets, driving sales targets achievement; 3. Manage the team, ensure efficient operation and achievement of performance goals; 4. Establish and maintain good relationships with key customers and partners, drive business expansion; 5. Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure timely and smooth project completion; 6. Regularly report market dynamics and business progress to senior management.
Responsibility - Market Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the APAC market, setting clear goals and KPIs to drive brand growth and sales. - Influencer Marketing: Manage relationships with key influencers and content creators to amplify brand visibility and engagement. - Public Relations: Oversee PR initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and partnerships, to enhance brand reputation and credibility. - Local Events: Plan and execute local events, product launches, and activations to connect with target audiences and drive brand affinity. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, brand management and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. - Performance Tracking: Establish and track team KPIs, monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Responsibility - Develop and execute scalable, ROI-driven influencer marketing strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes across APAC markets. - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-impact influencers and artists that resonate with our target audience and brand. - Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, driving engagement, brand affinity, and conversion growth. - Build and manage a strategic product seeding program to amplify brand visibility through partnerships with cultural leaders, trendsetters, and key influencers. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPV, affiliate sales, CAC) to maximize ROI and impact. - Establish and track team KPIs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Responsibilities: 1. Develop a thorough understanding of the company, its strategy, products and assess the target market. 2. Collaborate in local marketing strategies and ensure projects and achievement of goals in the designated regions, in compliance with given time frame. 3. Initiate, negotiate, establish key influencer partnerships to support marketing events, projects and campaigns. 4. Manage partnerships to deliver long-term results and establish strong relationships for the brand insta360.
• Manage and grow Riot’s music supervision presence across APAC, overseeing execution for music strategies on League of Legends, Wild Rift, VALORANT, 2XKO, and other Riot titles. • Act as a regional lead and day-to-day music partner to Riot product and publishing teams across China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. • Lead creative development and execution of original score, licensed music, and artist collaborations that reflect regional cultural context and player identity. • Build, guide, and mentor a team of music supervision contributors (internal and external) in the region. • Collaborate cross-functionally with audio, creative, marketing, and game teams to align music with campaign goals and player experience. • Partner with Tencent and K6 teams in China to support music strategy, campaign approvals, and localization of music-forward assets. • Partner with RGM project managers, team coordinators, and Business Affairs to ensure regional music workstreams align with Riot Games Music’s operational standards for rights, budgeting, and production workflows. • Track music KPIs in APAC markets and iterate on creative and partnership strategy based on performance insights. • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of regional composers, artists, producers, and music agencies. • Represent the APAC music supervision POV in global RGM sync meetings, project reviews, and best practice sharing. • Manage a small team of early career creatives, consultants and coordinators based in the APAC region, mentoring them both in the craft of music supervision and executive development
