工作职责
- Act as the insights business partner within the Brand Marketirng team to ensure decisions are rooted in data - Collaborate with CMI & BIT teams to gather relevant data and popullate actionable insights - Work with external agencies on brand strategy formulation based on research findings - Conduct data mining activities to align insights with brand storytellingefforts - Provide justifications for brand marketing decisions using robust data analysis.
- Strategic planning: deeply research product, market and users, develop comprehensive IMC strategies and marketing plans across all marketing touchpoints to promote product and brand; - Project management: participate and lead the entire process of the IMC project from product positioning, objective/strategy planning, marketing action implementation to result tracking; responsible for project success; - Cross team communication: responsible for the communication with different functions to make sure marketing strategies are aligned with all stakeholders and strategies are implemented thoroughly and consistently.

• Initiate and advance research to advance state-of-the-art in AI for Software Engineering • Collaborate across disciplines with product teams across Microsoft and Github • Stay up to date with the research literature and product advances in AI for software engineering • Collaborate with world renowned experts in programming tools and developer tools to integrate AI across software development stack for Copilot • Build and manage large-scale AI experiments and models.
1.Participate in strategic research, investment and M&A projects in the food delivery, online retail, and technology industries in overseas markets. 2.>10 years of relevant work experience, with a preference for candidates having experience in food delivery and online retail business, Chinese companies international expansion, overseas investment projects, or working at global internet companies.
