工作职责
1. Design marketing materials. Create graphics for social media, jointed marketing, and advertisements that align with brand identity. 2. Assets localization for different countries. And work closely with different country marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual concepts.
Responsibilities: Creation of KV´s for the differents products of the brand. Brainstorming in a visual way for all the projects of the marketing team. Adaptation of the international and national campaigns to the differents plans of media buy. Design of the creative for the differents platforms of SOME. Help in daily Marketing activities of the team.

We are looking for an User Experience Designer to support our International Product and Design Team. 1. Responsible for the UX design across the key websites & event Apps under Ant International, including alipayplus.com, antglobal.com, antom.com and voyageevent. 2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into an understandable user interface. 3. Work cross-collaboratively with teams based in London, China, and Singapore across multiple disciplines (marketing, engineering, content, SRE, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and high standards across design, functionality, and content. 4. Develop and maintain a design library/style guide to improve consistency and efficiency.
● Design and optimize internal project management tools (e.g., program management, requirement management, resource management) to meet the needs of 20+ business lines and 2000+ users across regions. ● Deeply understand the management processes and pain points of different business lines, and translate conflicting requirements into scalable, structured product solutions. ● Collaborate with cross-regional teams (mainly China & Malaysia) to align product goals with business objectives, balancing long-term vision and short-term deliverables. ● Drive user-centric design through rapid prototyping, user testing, and iterative improvements, focusing on MVP prioritization and value delivery.
