Overview
This graduate trainee position is crafted for future leaders in brand marketing, with a specialty in driving integrated communications across Paid, Owned, and Earned Media. The trainee will focus on mastering social media best practices, spotting and adapting to industry trends, optimizing consumer journeys through UX/UI, and shaping impactful offline media spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute and analyze Paid, Owned, and Earned Media campaigns to strengthen brand presence and engagement.
- Research and apply the latest social media trends and best practices, ensuring content and strategies are contemporary and competitive.
- Monitor industry shifts and provide insights to keep the brand’s digital presence modern and relevant.
- Refine end-to-end consumer journeys across all digital and physical touchpoints; collaborate on website, app, and in-store UX/UI improvements for a seamless experience.
- Work with creative and media teams to ideate, design, and implement physical media space installations and activations.
- Partner with analytics and strategy teams to measure campaign effectiveness, track consumer sentiment, and report key performance indicators for continuous improvement.
- Assist in developing playbooks and guidelines to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

The focus will be on managing ambassador programs, building brand alliances, acquiring and leveraging IP, and leading initiatives to acquire new users and drive brand advocacy. Key Responsibilities - Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with potential brand partners, ambassadors, and influencers to enhance brand reputation and reach. - Support the development and execution of partnership strategies, including co-branded campaigns, product collaborations, and joint activations. - Collaborate with internal creative and legal teams to manage brand IP development, ensuring creations are on-brand and legally sound. - Manage and grow brand advocacy programs aimed at acquiring new users and nurturing advocates into community leaders. - Analyze the impact of collaborations and advocacy programs through KPIs and consumer feedback, recommending improvements. - Contribute to the ideation and rollout of new user acquisition initiatives, with a focus on engagement and loyalty. - Create guidelines and toolkits for consistent and effective external collaborations and ambassador engagement.
