Qualifications 1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Excellent command of written and spoken English; effective communicator in a multicultural environment. 3. Demonstrated interest in brand marketing, ambassador programss, events, and brand partnerships. 4. Prior internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or event management (preferred). 5. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work quickly under pressure. 6. Proactive, accountable, and adaptive team player, eager to contribute and learn in a fast-moving setting. 7. Required to work onsite in Shenzhen a minimum of 4 days per week.

Key Responsibilities 1. Assist in the coordination and rollout of branded campaigns including ambassador activations and performance tracking. 2. Support the organization and execution of brand partnership initiatives, helping to manage timelines, deliverables, and collaborative content. 3. Coordinate logistics and support content delivery for globalevent collaborations (physical and virtual), working with internal teams and exterrnal partners. 4. Contribute to the preparation of pitch decks, reports, and narketing collateral to support campaign launches and partnership proposals. 5. Help ensure consistency and quality in all deliverables, aligning with brand guidelines across platforms and regions. 6. Collaborate across functions (creative, PR, regional marketiing, digital marketing, events) to support campaign execution and co-branded content creation. 7. Participate in team meetings and provide timely updates onproject progress and challenges.
Job Summary The Global Events Marketing Intern will assist the Senior/Events Manager in strategic planning, HQ governance, and end-to-end event management. This includes trade shows, vertical events, sponsorship events, product launches, and other key initiatives aimed at elevating the brand's global presence. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams across global markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Support the Senior/Events Manager in developing SOPs to streamline event workflows 2. Assist in planning and executing events such as trade expos, sponsorship activations, launch events, etc. 3. ensuring alignment with objectives and KPIS. 4. Collaborate with the IMC (Partnership) team and local markets (China, LA, Berlin & Japan) for seamless event coordination. 5. Contribute to merchandise renewal processes, design upgrades, and enhancing event experiences. 6. Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple events simultaneously.
• Relationship management: build/maintain with merchants’ marketing & growth team and higher management level. • Drive merchant growth:find marketing collaboration opportunities with Key merchants, initiate the proposal, bargain for resources from merchant side and payment channel side and implement to drive payment growth. • Optimize campaign performance: Through data tracking and analysis, to formulate actionable strategies, develop enhanced product or change UI/UX design to improve marketing driven revenue. • Collaborate cross-functionally: with product and operational teams to support growth opportunities for key partners. • Integrated marketing campaign: base on the industry knowledge and current trend to initiate comprehensive co-brand marketing plan and facilitate the iconic campaign to build industrial reputation and help pitch new merchants.
