Qualifications: 1. 3+ years working experience and have raleted experience in business collaboration: candidates who have been involved in business development sunch as key account sales, channel/vendor management, or project manager in third-party companies and believe they can handle it well are all welcome to try. 2. Business sense and good judgment: Understand the partner's operating structure and cost structure, and make judgments and decisions based on basic business principles. Having insights and experience in F&B or food delivery industry is a plus. 3. Solid communication and writing skills: Able to communicate effectively internally and externally to achieve common goals. Proficiency in English or Cantonese is preferred. 4. Strong learning ability and an open mindset, eager to explore different scenarios or business models in new battlegrounds and deliver results. 5. Fluent in both spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively in a global business environment. 工作职责
We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our most Strategic Partner Accounts. You will be responsible for the development and growth of strategic accounts on Keeta. The candidate should be hands-on, detail oriented, have relentlessly high standards and operates as a business owner who understands key levers to achieve results. Responsibilities: 1. Relationship Management: Estabilish long-term relationships with out most strategic partners, including some top F&B Group and Brands in Middle East. Interact effectively with different key persons(KP) within the partner and have the ability to influence senior executives. 2. Business Growth: Contribute to business strategy development and identify key initiatives that drive growth and improve the end customer & merchants experience. Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to allocate resources, thereby supporting growth objectives. 3. Key Project Implementation: Proactively initiate or undertake high-priority key projects such as new brand expansion/single brand marketing/promotional events, and achieve effective results. 4. As the Strategic Account Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding the key account management team in building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with our brand partners. You will oversee the development of strategic account plans, negotiate commertial terms, and and enhance their performance on our platform through exceptional merchants services. Job description: 1. Business Development and Negotiation: Lead team to build and strengthen relationships with key brand partners through strategic engagement and negotiation of mutually beneficial agreements; Utilize exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with senior executives, understanding their needs and aligning our services to their strategic goals. 2. Strategic Account Planning and Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive key account management strategy that aligns with both company's business goals and brand partners' objectives; Allocate resources effectively to support strategic initiatives and maximize ROI for both the company and our partners; Regularly assess partner performance to optimize their success on our platform through data analysis. 3. Leadership and Team Management: Lead the key account management team by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and offering professional development opportunities; Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the key account managers to measure success and drive team performances; Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the team, ensuring all members are equipped to meet and exceed their goals. 4. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners, including merchants, corporate clients, and community organizations. 3. Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Delivery, Business) to create joint initiatives, campaigns, and value-added offerings for partners. 4. Develop partnership proposals, presentations, and agreements that align with Keeta’s business objectives. 5. Monitor and evaluate partnership performance, ensuring mutual value creation and alignment with KPIs. 6. Stay updated on market trends, competitor partnerships, and new opportunities for collaboration. 7. Represent Keeta at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to promote the brand and expand the partnership network.

Responsible for the development and operation of The United Arab Emirates medium-sized chain clients(None-International chain brand), and responsible for the user promotion and scale improvement of the clients; Implement the company's sales strategy and achieve the performance target; 2. Responsible for promoting in-depth cooperation between The United Arab Emirates medium-sized chain clients and Keeta in brand marketing, promotional activities, user operations and other fields to enhance clients and keeta‘s brand image; 3. The institute has the characteristics of food and Retail industry, in-depth understanding client's brands operations, and help client's brands to develop professional delivery solutions and landing; Guide client delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between clients and Keeta; 4.Leveraging your full potential to gather first-hand marketing information, user feedback, local market intelligence, etc., and providing implementable suggestions to the company.
1. Responsible for the merchant development and operation of the brands under jurisdiction, and for the user promotion and scale improvement of the brands under jurisdiction. Implement the company's sales strategy and policy to achieve the performance target. 2. Responsible for promoting the in-depth cooperation between the chain brands under control and the platform in brand marketing, promotion activities, user operation and other fields to improve the brand image. 3. The institute covers the characteristics of brand industry, has an in-depth understanding of brand business operations, and helps brands to develop professional delivery solutions and implement them. Guide customer delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between platform and brand. 4. Establish a good communication relationship with the distribution department, as the communication bridge between the brand and the platform distribution, and cooperate with the distribution side to continuously improve the brand delivery service experience.
