职位描述 协助北美市场的创作者合作执行,包括 KOL 名单整理、合作沟通、进度跟进及内容回收 支持 YouTube、Instagram、TikTok 等平台的内容项目执行,协助跟进视频发布与基础数据整理 协助收集和整理创作者内容素材,用于内部复盘及二次传播 支持长期合作创作者及阶段性 campaign 的日常对接工作 配合团队完成其他与内容和创作者相关的市场支持工作
Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with the local marketing team to identify suitable KOLs in APAC market. 2. Assist in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with KOLs through effective communication and collaboration 3. Support the implementation of marketing campaigns involving KOLs, including content creation, social media engagement, and event activations 4. Responsible for marketing data management including data acquisition, sorting and storage. 5. Support the development of overseas information system
We are seeking interns who can assist the JAPAC marketing team with KOL management in key regions such as Taiwan, South Korea, Australia and Southeast Asia. Responsibilities - Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with influencers across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with our brand values and target demographics. - Spearhead influencer collaboration execution, including negotiating contracts, coordinating content creation, and analyzing performance. - Monitor trends in local market to ensure our approaches remain innovative and culturally relevant. - Collaborate with team to integrate influencer marketing with broader campaigns and goals.

Develop annual/quarterly/monthly media buying plans based on brand objectives and market insights, covering social media, programmatic advertising, and traditional media. 2. Analyze market media strategies and propose differentiated execution approaches. Media Resource Management 1. Liaise with local media channels (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok Ads, local advertising agencies) to manage media procurement, negotiation, and performance optimization. 2. Manage media buying budgets and ensure maximum ROI. Data Monitoring & Optimization 1. Track advertising performance metrics (impressions, CTR, conversion rates, etc.), generate regular analysis reports, and refine media strategies accordingly. 2. Use A/B testing and other methods to optimize ad creatives and media mix. Cross-Functional Collaboration 1. Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure media strategies align with brand communication goals.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth strategies for Al consumer apps and websites, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention and referral. - Own user acquisition and growth initiatives via influencer marketing, paid media, community operations, and content distribution. - Continuously monitor trends, user feedback and user behavior analytics in target markets to gather market insights. - Develop product positioning strategies based on market research, user behavior analysis and competitor benchmark. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to rapidly ® iterate and launch growth initiatives. - Initiate and manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), community operations and event marketing. - Build and manage user communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to increase engagement and retention. - Plan and execute global influencer campaigns (KOL/KOC), identify top-performing creators, and track ROl and conversions. - Drive organic content growth on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to acquire users at low cost. - Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), including creative testing and budget allocation. - Coordinate SEO strategy and execution to improve product visibility on international search engines. - Analyze channel performance and user acquisition metrics, and build repeatable growth playbooks. - Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
