About the Role We are looking for an AI Product Specialist/ Manager to join our Marketing Product team and drive the application of AI technologies across Trip.com’s global marketing ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying AI innovation opportunities, supporting key external AI partnerships, and driving the integration of advanced AI capabilities (e.g., agentic booking, AI content collaboration) into our marketing products and workflows. This is an excellent role for someone who is curious, proactive, passionate about AI, and eager to grow into a more senior AI product role. 1. AI-driven Marketing Product Innovation - Monitor the latest AI trends, LLM advancements, and industry applications, translating them into feasible marketing product opportunities. - Identify and evaluate AI-driven improvement areas across ad creatives, marketing automation, landing pages, content generation, QA workflows, and performance optimization. - Work with product managers and engineers to prototype, test, and launch AI features in marketing products. 2. External AI Partnerships & Collaboration - Support key AI collaboration initiatives with global partners (e.g., Google, Meta, OpenAI, TikTok, etc.). - Assist in driving strategic projects including: - Google Agentic Booking integration - AI-driven content collaboration with media partners - AI-powered search, recommendations, or marketing workflow enhancements - Coordinate alignment between internal product/engineering teams and external partner teams, ensuring smooth project execution. 3.
