Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Program Development: Build a comprehensive strategy to support channel marketing and community events from scratch for the motorcycling and powersports vertical. Identify key market opportunities, rider gatherings, trade shows, and partner networks to maximize Insta360's physical presence. 2. Distributor & Retailer Engagement: Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to equip and motivate our distributor and retail network. Develop co-marketing toolkits, training programs, and incentive initiatives to drive local brand advocacy. 3. Community Event Execution: Plan, budget, and manage a calendar of high-impact community events. This ranges from sponsoring and activating at major rallies and races to creating unique owned experiences like demo days, group rides, and creative workshops tailored to riders. 4. Community Growth & Scale: Develop and own programs designed to systematically grow our active rider community such as: KOC/Advocate Program, UGC Campaigns, Referral and Loyalty Systems. 5. Localized Partnership & KOC Cultivation: Identify and forge partnerships with motorcycle clubs, riding schools, touring organizations. Move beyond one-off sponsorships to build lasting programs that embed Insta360 into the culture. 6. Content & Story Amplification: Ensure every event generates compelling, authentic content. Collaborate with creators and community members to capture the action using our products, fostering user-generated content (UGC) and providing assets for global social channels. 7. Measurement & Optimization: Establish clear KPIs for community growth, brand engagement, and sales impact. Analyze performance data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.

• Carry out annual GAAP revenue target to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions to enterprises and key clients • Proactively gain insights into China Go Overseas markets, and be able to proactively find key decision-making chains and identify customers' actual needs. • Identify customers' decision-making chains, maintain relationships with key decision-making points, and establish long-term operational and technical relationships with customers' CXOs or CXOs-D, to obtain critical support in cooperation. • Build a strong sales pipeline, help enhance customer onboarding, and partner enablement programs • Provide overall pre-sales and post-sales support at the account level to help customers and channel partners with Alibaba Cloud consumption and ensure overall customer satisfaction • Work with HQ back office functional lines to collaborate and contribute to overall product, solution, and operation enhancement
1. Drive scaled local publishing programs to increase MLBB growth especially in educational institutions - Strategize, develop and implement scalable ecosystem programs (student club partnerships / campus ambassador programs / government programs / tournaments) to drive adoption of MLBB across educational instutions e.g. primary schools, secondary schools, colleges and/or universities - Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders such as school adminstrators, student organizations and government bodies to drive support plus ensure full compliance for all activities, mitigating legal and reputational risks. 2. Build key brand partnerships to acquire new players and push the MLBB brand forward - Systematically identify, contact and maintain long-term BD partnerships with top local brands, developing resource-exchange models to enhance local influence and target user coverage 3. Lead the growth of the local team while developing best practice strategies, KPIs and SOPs - Lead, inspire and grow the capabilities of MY local team - Develop and evolve key market strategies accounting for business goals, local insights and available resources - Define, track and analyze KPIs for all activities - Develop and implement key SOPs for activities as well as collaborating with other stakeholders internally (central teams, esports etc) and externally (brands, agencies, schools etc) to drive business outcomes.
• Serve as a key member of CSI team in driving the necessary business insights, strategic and technical relationships with top startups and key stakeholders of these top startups to establish meaningful business relationships. • Participate actively in startup community events of all kinds to identify high potential startups and build personal relationship to startup founders and influencers. • Evangelize Microsoft’ value and innovation culture to startup founders and ensure they have full awareness and access to the full spectrum of the resources and services Microsoft has to offer. • Work closely with founders to ensure they’re successfully engaging with Microsoft platform, making sure they have the technical and business resource required for optimal customer experience, and identifying additional opportunities for them to work more deeply with Microsoft’s business units. • Work with and advise account management teams on solution selling and establishing executive relationships in their key accounts. • Keep abreast with VC investment trend and cutting-edge technologies, able to identify future unicorns at early stage.
