WHAT YOU BRING

- 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally within a creative agency, brand studio, or in-house tech team.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating work for consumer technology or premium product brands.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Demonstrated ability to manage your own projects — timelines, assets, stakeholder communication — without hand-holding.
- English proficiency — written and spoken. You can present, write briefs, and manage feedback in English with confidence.
- Working knowledge of AI generative tools (Loveart, Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or similar) and an intelligent approach to integrating them into professional workflow.
- Experience or genuine appetite for team-building — giving feedback, sharing knowledge, developing others.
- High attention to detail and a personal commitment to quality that goes beyond the brief.
- A collaborative, low-ego attitude — you care about the work, not the credit.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a tech company working at the intersection of brand, technology, and storytelling. We need a Senior Graphic Designer who brings both craft and structure: someone who can execute at an exceptional level, manage complex projects with precision, and help us grow the team and the quality of what we make.

THE ROLE

- Lead the visual execution of brand, campaign, and product design projects from brief to delivery — across digital, print, and motion.
- Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, keeping timelines tight and quality high without needing constant oversight.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to translate strategic thinking into compelling design systems and assets.
- Serve as a quality benchmark for the creative team — reviewing outputs, establishing standards, and raising the bar across every project.
- Take an active role in building and mentoring a growing creative team, contributing to how we hire, onboard, and develop talent.
- Communicate confidently with nternal stakeholders in Chinese & English — presenting work, managing feedback, and holding the creative direction.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Brand & Visual Identity — Develop and extend visual identities, including typography systems, color languages, and design guidelines.
- Campaign Design — Concept and execute product launch campaigns across digital, social, OOH, and packaging contexts.
- Project Management — Own project timelines, asset trackers, and deliverable schedules. Flag risks early, solve problems fast.
- AI-Assisted Design — Integrate generative AI tools into the creative workflow intelligently — for ideation, asset generation, and iteration — without compromising craft.
- Team Development — Participate in building the creative team: support recruitment, lead onboarding, and mentor junior designers.
- Process & Standards — Help establish and document creative design processes, file systems, naming conventions, and quality control procedures.
