- Deep understanding of creative software and familiarity with video and photo editing processes. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.

High technical and creative abilities are essential for success in this role. Ability to work independently and with a team. A professional background in UX is necessary or this role and any experience with digital production development is a plus. You will wear many hats: Developing Strategic Roadmaps: Crafting comprehensive roadmaps for the creation, deployment, and lifecycle management of creative assets, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and market needs. Market and Trend Analysis: Conducting in-depth analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to guide the strategic direction of creative asset development. Innovation Leadership: Leading the exploration and incorporation of innovative design trends and technologies into creative asset development to keep the company at the forefront of the industry. Cross-functional Collaboration: Working closely with marketing, product development, and design teams to ensure creative assets are effectively integrated into broader company initiatives. Target Audience Analysis: Identifying and understanding target audience segments to tailor creative assets that meet their preferences and needs. Asset Performance Analysis: Utilizing data analytics to assess the performance of creative assets, identifying areas for optimization to improve engagement and conversion rates. Feedback Integration: Implementing a feedback loop with users and internal teams to gather insights and continuously refine and improve creative assets. Emerging Technologies: Staying abreast of emerging technologies and design tools that can enhance the creation and distribution of creative assets. Software and Tools Evaluation: Recommending and implementing software solutions and tools that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of creative asset production.
• Responsible for the product key visual, creative concept and design; direct junior designers for the design adaptation into other platforms. • Responsible for the product series art direction, including but not limited with product series’ key visuals, product proofs, typography design, editorial design and other creative collateral materials. • Responsible for the product into market global keynote visual experience, including core creative idea, event program design, visual content management, keynote structures. • Participate project from the beginning, analyse the product key features, understanding target audience’s insight, organise information and generate a clear and simple brief for advertising agency, supplier or production house. • Responsible for product series and brand visual consistency among all design assets. • Independently responsible for design assets for marketing campaigns and closely working with other departments with efficient communication and cooperation. • Working with the world's top creative shops and production companies, be able to filter the most suitable supplier according to the business needs, and have ability to collaborate with them to complete the video task in order to achieve a world-class standard of work.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1) Build a high-performance team, raise the bar on talent acquisition, performance measurement, and career growth. o Attract, hire and retain top sales support talents and brand marketing media solution support experts to form a best-in-class digital advertising organization. o Provide exceptional mentoring and coaching to develop your direct reports and the broader Ads team. o Elevate the team's skill sets and continuously build a deep bench of talent across the vertical. o Define clear, measurable input metrics and tactical action plans to drive staff performance. o Serve as the main point of contact for key brand marketing, digital media, and marketing executives in China. o Lead the CN team to support in promoting advertising solution for advertisers and customers. 2) As supporting owner of the business, owns client segmentation, go-to-market, resource planning, and deliver eventual business results. o Determine short- and long-term coverage plans per property, vertical, account, territory, and AE. o Develop a comprehensive account and agency coverage strategy for China’s global brands and export industry to accelerate Amazon Advertising product knowledge enablement. o Build and manage a detailed engagement strategy for Fortune 500 type clients. Build upon prior success in this area to continue to grow this opportunity. o Drive the commercial management process as well as play a hands-on role in identifying leads and opening doors for the commercial organization. o Identify scalable opportunities with both internal partnership with Retail and AWS, and external partnerships to expand our Service Addressable Market size. o Provide visionary leadership to elevate the larger organization of Amazon Advertising in China for continued success. o Partner brands and support all advertiser education initiatives that will help their advertising on Amazon. 3) Serve as Amazon’s Advertising Industry Ambassador o Represent Amazon Ads as a visionary thought leader at high-profile industry conferences, trade publications, and other influential platforms. o Participate in strategic meetings with senior executives to help set program direction and priorities. 4) Drive product innovation and expansion o Develop a deep and thorough understanding of customer and industry trends to ensure Amazon continues to provide a powerful, differentiated advertising value proposition. o Partner closely with product development to prioritize and build innovative new advertising products to provide a truly better and differentiated advertising business for our customers. o Assess potential acquisition or partner targets to expand the program’s reach and scope.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead the creative direction, concept development, and strategy for Insta360 video campaigns and productions. 2. Proactively conceptualize and script compelling storytelling for ads and commercials. 3. Identify and develop high-performing, organic social media content that resonates with audiences. 4. Understand the unique value propositions of Insta360 products and create innovative, unique creative concepts based on them. 5. Monitor and ensure the consistency and quality of the brand's appearance across all social media, ad creatives, and video content. 6. Collaborate closely with video producers, and marketing and advertising teams to design impactful owned and paid media campaigns and align with storyboards and shooting plans.
