Qualifications
1. Proven experience in influencer marketing, community management, brand marketing, or local marketing activations, preferably in consumer technology, electronics, drones, or lifestyle industries.
2. Strong understanding of the Spanish market, local digital ecosystem, social media platforms, and consumer behavior.
3. Established relationships with Spanish influencers, content creators, communities, media outlets, or relevant industry partners are highly desirable.
4. Demonstrated ability to independently manage KOL partnerships, marketing campaigns, community initiatives, and local activations from planning to execution.
5. Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of how marketing activities contribute to traffic, conversions, and sales.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
7. Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable improvements.
8. Fluency in Spanish is required, with good English communication skills for collaboration with international teams.
9. Self-driven, hands-on, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced international environment.
