工作职责
1、负责飞猪旅行行业的推荐、用增、补贴、营销相关场景优化，例如：猜你喜欢、百亿补贴、智能营销、拉新等； 2、根据用户行为习惯和兴趣进行召回、排序等通用推荐算法创新与改进，建立探索和预测机制，优化人货场的匹配效率。 3、围绕酒店行业的搜索推荐、增长营销、补贴定价、供应链等多个方向进行算法的研发，提高酒店、交通、度假等多行业的经营效率和转化率。 4、围绕搜索推荐、因果推断、智能定价、推荐、时序预测等方向构建横向通用的算法能力。
