•Language and Cultural Proficiency: Fluency in Japanese is essential, along with a deep understanding of Japanese culture, business practices, and psychology. The ability to formulate market-specific localization strategies is critical. •Experience: At least 5 years of experience in localizing SaaS products or hardware devices in the Japanese market. Preference will be given to candidates with successful localization experience. •Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the application and promotion of collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Slack, Zoom) or hardware devices (e.g., smart terminals, conferencing equipment) in Japan. A basic understanding of AI technology and its demand and use cases in the Japanese market is required. •Market Insight and Business Development: Strong market insight and the ability to quickly analyze market opportunities and competitive landscapes in Japan. Extensive experience in business development, including the ability to independently acquire clients and establish partnerships. •Team Management and Cross-Cultural Communication: Proven experience in managing teams and leading localization initiatives to achieve goals. Excellent cross-cultural communication skills to facilitate collaboration between Chinese and Japanese teams and ensure successful localization. •Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Computer Science, Japanese, or a related field. 工作职责
•Lead Market Expansion and Localization Strategy: Oversee the development and implementation of business expansion and localization strategies for DingTalk in the Japanese market, including product functionality, experience, marketing, and customer service. •Drive Product Localization: Collaborate with DingTalk product teams to ensure that the product features, interfaces, and experience align with the needs of Japaneses. This includes overseeing Japanese translation and proofreading to guarantee high-quality localized content, interface design, and promotional materials. Continuously improve the experience of the localized product. •Client Development and Partnership Building: Deeply understand the needs of Japanese businesses and promote the adoption of DingTalk hardware (A1) and AI-powered tables in Japanese enterprises. Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses, channel partners, agents, and other stakeholders to expand market reach. •Responsibile for Team Recruitment, Building, and Management: Lead the recruitment and management of a localized team in Japan, including marketing, sales, customer service, and technical support team. Provide guidance and oversight for market research, feedback collection, and localization efforts. •Market Activities and Brand Promotion: Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and retention in Japan. We are seeking a highly driven Assistant to join our Ant Group Admin team. The individual will be based in Hangzhou. Key Responsibilities: • Independently provide high-quality support that anticipates the needs of the executive/Partner of Ant Group. • Assume full ownership and maintenance of executive calendar - scheduling, confirming, and negotiating for meeting place and relevant attendees and using good judgment and tact in offering solutions to complex scheduling and meeting planning as needed • Proactively manage communication (Dingtalk messages, emails, phone calls, necessary follow-up); respond to inquiries from the corporate office, global sites, and internal/external stakeholders over multiple time zones • Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items inside and outside the team • Provide innovative, creative and time-tested methods and procedures for fostering continuing improvement to practices or processes within the team • Work with different parities to hold corporate and department level events • Prepare and coordinate complex and multi-stop travels, including accommodations, transportation, passport/visa requirements etc. • Provide other general administrative support, including budget management, purchasing, document filing, supplier management etc. • Uphold the strictest confidentiality on information gleamed as part of responsibilities.
