工作职责


Job Description:
1. End-to-end Local Recruitment: Lead the "0 to 1" team building for DingTalk’s Japan business, covering JD drafting, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation; focus on key roles in Sales, Customer Success, and Local Operations;
2. Culture & Organizational Development: Drive the landing of startup culture; establish a transparent, efficient communication environment and a "Customer First" cultural practice;
3. Full Lifecycle Talent Management: Oversee onboarding, performance management, career development, and employee relations; proactively identify compliance risks and legal requirements;
4. Cross-Border Coordination: Act as the key liaison between the Japan team and Hangzhou HQ (HR/Admin/Business Management) to ensure policy alignment, data synchronization, and resource responsiveness;
5. Office Operations & Admin: Orchestrate daily office administration, including facility management, vendor coordination, and supply logistics to continuously improve local operational efficiency and employee experience.
