任职要求 学历背景： 计算机科学、人工智能、自然语言处理或相关专业，本科高年级或硕士/博士在读。 技术基础： 熟练掌握Python，具备良好的代码规范和工程化意识。 熟悉NLP与深度学习基础，对Transformer架构、预训练/微调等技术有基本理解。 熟悉至少一种主流LLM推理框架（vLLM, Ollama等）或Agent开发框架（LangChain, LlamaIndex）。 评测兴趣： 对大模型评测有浓厚兴趣，了解主流评测基准（MMLU, MT-Bench等）或Agent评测框架（SWE-bench, AgentBench等）者优先。 综合素质： 具备较强的文献阅读能力（能流畅阅读英文技术论文），逻辑清晰，对数据敏感，有良好的沟通协作能力。 实习要求： 每周至少出勤4天，持续实习3个月以上。 加分项： 有LLM应用开发或评测相关项目/实习经验。 熟悉MCP协议或多模态模型（图文/视频…
