Qualifications
● M.S./Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering，Computer Science, Applied Physics or similar disciplines
● 8 years and a Master’s degree; PhD with 5 years’ experience; or equivalent experience
● In-depth knowledge of photonic devices and their modeling algorithms：waveguides, couplers, photodetectors, electro-optic modulators, micro-ring resonators
● Proficiency with photonic simulation tools such Ansys FDTD, Tidy3D, Photon Design or similar
● Experience with PDK and Cadence environments
