工作职责
In this role, you will be responsible for the complete design and development of photonic integrated circuits, based on established optical PDKs from our foundry partners. You will also interact with device, hardware, and software design teams to assist in the overall development of photonic systems, specifying, selecting, and qualifying the various components necessary. ● Design, layout and test high-performance photonics devices suitable for high-volume manufacturing ● Contribute and own large-scale photonic layouts for high-volume products ● Actively collaborate across disciplines, with analog, digital, and physical design teams to tape-out products and characterization devices. ● Work with the photonics test team in defining requirements for device characterization, debug and validation ● Works on broader organizational projects that require a thorough understanding of photonics ● Analyze characterization data to ensure the device/system meets the specifications ● Mentor junior design engineers

岗位职责： 负责芯片硅后验证相关工作，如硅后测试计划制定、测试环境搭建、测试用例的制定及执行； 负责芯片流片回来后的bringup、物理电气特性验证、系统稳定性验证和芯片硬件层面的Debug，协助DE定位问题根因； 负责MIPI高速接口(CPHY, DPHY, M-PHY)的规格评估, 硬件电路评审，协议一致性测试及参数调优； 负责完成MIPI物理接口测试用例的自动化测试开发； 负责MIPI接口稳定性测试、高低温测试、corner测试、PVT拉偏测试；

1.氮化硅薄膜沉积工艺优化：负责氮化硅薄膜沉积(LP CVD & ALD)工艺的调试及优化，解决工艺缺陷，参与新设备的评估、选型及验收； 2.量产工艺稳定性监控：监控量产中氮化硅工艺的稳定性，分析数据并制定改进措施； 3.跨部门问题协同解决：协同整合工程师解决跨部门问题。
