工作职责


1.负责与重点客户建立并维护长期、稳定的合作关系,确保客户满意度和业务的持续增长
2.设计并交付涵盖商品方案、系统集成、履约、售后及结算的端到端定制化解决方案,主导业务沟通与谈判,协调各方资源,确保方案顺利落地并实现预期成效 
3.制定并实施以客户为中心的运营策略,协助客户提升采购效率、优化供应链运作及售后服务效率,推动双方业务增长 
4.解决客户在验收、入库、对账、开票等环节的问题,提升结算效率,降低逾期率并控制应收账款风险 
5.协调内部资源,推动跨部门高效协作,及时解决客户问题 
6.定期收集并分析客户反馈,识别服务流程中的痛点,推动流程持续优化,提升运营效率和服务质量
