任职要求
1. 计算机相关专业硕士学历以上，熟悉LLM前沿算法 2. 有大模型后训练相关研发经验，有RAG、agent、工具调用相关经验，有基座研发经验优先； 3. 至少熟悉Python、C、C++中的一门语言，有较强的编程能力；熟悉常用的深度学习训练框架，如：Pytorch、TensorFlow、Caffe等 4. 对学术前沿有浓厚兴趣，跟进技术前沿，并善于解决复杂的实际问题，有良好的沟通表达能力 5. 发表过有相关顶会学术论文或在重要算法比赛中取得过优秀名次的候选人优先 符合京东价值观：客户为先、创新、拼搏、担当、感恩、诚信。
工作职责
1. 设计开发基于传统nlu + 大语言模型的混合系统，实现传统对话+multi-agent框架 2. 利用大模型工具调用能力，推动MCP的应用，提高智能交互体验 3. 基于大语言模型的效果调优，包括不限于：SFT、RL、RAG等 4. 跟进业界/学术界最新进展，赋能业务，提升业务效果
