任职要求
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，有2年以上地图算法策略相关实际落地经验 2. 对常见的机器学习和深度学习相关算法有较为深入理解与落地经验 3. 有大数据处理经验，熟悉Hadoop/Hive/Spark/flink等大数据平台熟悉并有使用经验 4. 熟练掌握JAVA/Python/C++/GO任意一种开发语言 5. 从事过地图导航路线或者打车出行相关工作，例如路线规划/ETA等。 6. 从事过地图相关工作，例POI挖掘/上下车点挖掘/路径规划等 符合京东价值观：客户为先、创新、拼搏、担当、感恩、诚信。
工作职责
1. 负责交通路线通过轨迹挖掘经验路线，基于路网进行算路和排序，结合司机行为进行最优路线的推荐工作; 2.负责基于轨迹挖掘、路网数据、POI数据挖掘最优的上下车点数据，结合用户信息进行最优推荐工作； 3.通过海量的用户轨迹、服务日志优化路径规划算法，提高路线的合理性； 4. 负责路线排序策略、ETA（预估到达时间）预测精度优化等核心功能的线上服务开发与算法迭代；

1）计算机、数学等专业方向，硕士及以上学历。 2）具备3年及以上算法开发经验，并在相关项目有合理的应用和部署。 3）熟悉常见机器学习、深度学习算法，如随机森林、xgboost、DCN、MMOE、Transformer等。熟悉推荐算法相关流程，召回、粗排、精排、重排等优先。 4）熟练使用python、sql等编程语言，熟悉Hadoop/Spark等数据处理技术。 5）良好的英文阅读能力，在顶会如kdd、icml发表过论文优先。
