The role LazPay is the payments and financial services arm of Lazada and is part of the Financial and Payment Business organization of Alibaba International Digital Commerce (AIDC). LazInsure is a growing business unit that focuses on providing embedded insurance solutions within AIDC's e-commerce platforms. We are looking for a customer centric and motivated individual to help with operations and insights to drive the best user experience for Lazada buyers who avail of our insurance products Key Tasks & Responsibilities - Leads the identification and development of business opportunities by doing market opportunity sizing and development of business cases; - Own end to end process of operating and launching insurance products for Lazada in the Philippines - Deliver sales of products, programs, and services through e-commerce platform embedded sales and other channels as measured by net revenue - Setup Customer Segmentation, Strategy, and Retention including insights and business intelligence with support of internal Business intelligence team; - Lead in driving the expansion of products and services through partnerships and vendor selection - Regularly monitor market and benchmark against competition, track regulatory landscape changes, as well as overall InsurTech developments locally and globally - Oversees communication with internal units regarding updates or changes to the products and manages key stakeholders within Alibaba International Digital Commerce - Manage relationships with insurance partners, assisting with the preparation of contractual agreements and ensure that these are fully adhered to as needed - Drive win-win negotiations between Lazada and insurance partners· Contribute to category performance management and deliver insights to senior management - Prepare for and assist with the implementation of regular campaigns and initiatives - Identify and champion product improvements - Any other duties that may be assigned
1. Responsible for the data subject rights request fulfilment, data breach incident handling and reporting, third party vendor assessment and review of contract terms on data and privacy. 2. Maintain data protection and privacy related policies, guidelines, standards; lead the privacy risk assessments; and drive data protection initiatives to mitigate privacy risks. 3. Act as a subject matter expert, provide advice to all related internal stakeholders on data protection and privacy, help them understand the risks associated and solve their problems. 4. Lead the privacy related audit or certificate programmes, including DPTM, CBPR, EU COC, etc. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, in particular with business teams, to work on projects related to compliance with data protection and privacy laws. 6. Manage tools/systems to assist internal data protection and privacy related processes. 7. Develop and deliver data protection and privacy trainings to internal teams. 8. Keep abreast of new laws and regulations, as well as technology trends, assess impacts and risks and report to management and leadership.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing strategies to improve the usability, functionality, and performance of Alibaba Cloud's international website, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Website Redesign & Optimization: ● Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of Alibaba Cloud's international website, ensuring it aligns with global brand standards and user expectations. ● Identify pain points and opportunities via competitive analysis, user research and operational data analysis, and propose optimization strategies (e.g., navigation redesign, form simplification, search experience improvements). ● Design and execute A/B tests to validate feature improvements (e.g., conversion rate increase, bounce rate reduction). 2. Project Management: ● Own the lifecycle of website functionalities, from requirement gathering to development, testing, and post-launch iteration by closely work with development team. ● Leverage strong communication skills to coordinate cross-functional teams (design, marketing, operations, legal) and ensure projects are delivered on time and to high quality standards. ● Maintain transparency through regular meetings, emails, or reports, ensuring alignment with leadership and cross-team objectives. 3. AI-Powered Website Enhancements: ● Leverage AI technologies to enhance website functionality, such as chatbots, recommendation engines, and dynamic content delivery. ● Collaborate with AI and engineering teams to integrate advanced features like predictive analytics, personalized recommendations, and automated workflows. 4. Performance Monitoring & Analytics: ● Use tools like Google Analytics or similar platforms to monitor website performance and user behavior. ● Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. ● Continuously iterate on the website based on data-driven findings to improve overall performance.
