Position Overview: Solutions Architect (SA) is a key pre-sales technical role in Alibaba Cloud's international business division. Our SAs are experienced cloud architects with extensive IT knowledge and deep industry insights. They play a pivotal role in developing customer-centric solutions using Alibaba Cloud products while assisting customers and partners in building and optimizing their applications and services on the Alibaba Cloud platform. This position focuses on supporting Korean multinational customers located in Mainland China, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs and ensuring their success with Alibaba Cloud services. Their efforts directly contribute to the success of customer projects and Alibaba Cloud's business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Insights & Competitive Analysis ● Create reports on market trends, opportunities, customer needs, and challenges. ● Research competitors to design better solutions for key opportunities. 2. Business Opportunity Identification & Pre-sales Guidance ● Act as a trusted advisor to understand customer needs and find business opportunities ● Analyze customer status and document technical and business requirements. 3. ● 作为海外AI业务高级解决方案架构师SA,同时承担SA leader职责,支持 AI MaaS(模型即服务)销售团队拓展国际客户的 AI 大模型业务,提升阿里大模型产品在海外市场的 Token 调用量。 ● 与全球客户就 AI 业务需求与技术架构进行深入沟通,准确理解业务与技术诉求,识别并引导AI MaaS商机落地。 ● 基于阿里云百炼平台上的 Qwen、Wan 等大模型产品,为客户设计可落地的 AI 大模型与云上解决方案,涵盖但不限于 Qwen、Wan、GPU、云IaaS/PaaS等产品。 ● 针对客户所处行业及具体业务场景(如社交平台、模型平台、视频平台、AI 数据服务、企业 AI 提效等),提供包括模型选型、架构设计、提示词工程(Prompt Engineering)、RAG 构建、Agent 开发等方面的咨询建议,助力客户业务高效落地。 ● 根据客户需求,设计并开发相关业务场景的 Demo,通过 Prompt 工程、工作流编排等方式,向客户进行产品演示与技术交流,推动项目顺利落地。 ● 承担AI MaaS SA leader的管理职责,负责组内SA的培养和管理责任,并针对区域和场景化的方案抽象,组织方案规模化GTM和赋能。 ● 协同并推动内部 AI 产品研发团队,将客户需求转化为产品改进需求,持续优化 AI 模型能力,并为重点客户提供 AI 产品及运维问题的专项支持。

市场洞察和竞争分析 •基于细分领域市场发展趋势、市场空间、核心场景及痛点等需求信息,输出细分领域的市场洞察分析报告; •收集竞争情报,通过竞争项目中竞对的策略和方案分析,给出差异化竞争方案。 商机识别和售前引导 •负责客户关键决策人的售前引导工作,用客户的语言展开对话,获取信任,挖掘客户真实需求,形成有效商机。 •深挖客户的业务技术现状和发展趋势,建立完整准确的客户业务技术档案。 解决方案设计和推广 •根据客户需求制作针对性的解决方案,项目中制定正确的产品选型策略、POC测试打击策略、招投标策略、产品配置策略等,达成合同签约,持续保障阿里云在该客户的份额提升。 •推动公共云解决方案在细分领域的孵化和规模化复制。 •在方案落地过程中及时发现并处理技术和项目风险,协同产研及交付团队正常履约,实现收入转化。 能力沉淀和赋能 •沉淀面向细分领域/场景的通用云架构模板、最佳实践、细分领域案例等知识文档。 •对销售团队和生态伙伴宣讲、布道和赋能培训。 产品需求和缺陷反馈 •抽象和归纳细分领域的产品需求和缺陷,推动产品改进、新产品立项和重大功能上线,提升产品竞争力。 打法策略制定和技术影响力建立(仅8级及以上) •带领实线团队或者横向拉通虚拟团队完成团队业务目标,根据外部竞争情况和细分领域发展趋势,主导输出完整的销售指导书或者打法策略文档(如解决方案、赋能材料、实施计划等)。 •完成高质量的外部技术交流或行业会议发言,影响客户技术决策、建立阿里云技术影响力。
