任职要求
Required professional competencies include
● Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud computing and AI/ML concepts. Ability to articulate the technical differentiators of Alibaba Cloud products, answer advanced questions on technical trends, and create high-quality training content. A technical award or certification is a strong plus.
● Demand Insight & Solutioning: Skilled at diagnosing customer and internal team challenges within specific business scenarios and matching them with the right Alibaba Cloud training solutions.
● Customer & Stakeholder Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport, actively listen, and ensure a high level of satisfaction from all training participants, whether internal colleagues ● Training related experience: At least 5 years working experience in cloud computing related industry, preferably with training or solution architect related experience
