工作职责

We are seeking a dynamic and technically adept Senior Trainer to empower both our internal teams and external partners for multinational companies (MNCs) in China . In this role, you will be the catalyst for building AI and cloud competency, driving the adoption of Alibaba Cloud's cutting-edge technologies. Your primary focus (50-70%) will be on elevating the skills of our internal staff, with the remaining (30-50%) dedicated to enabling key customers and partners.
Key responsibilities include
● Drive Internal Capability: Design, develop, and deliver high-impact training programs focused on Alibaba Cloud's AI (e.g., Qoder, PAI), data, and core cloud technologies to build a world-class internal technical team.
● Enable External Partners: Conduct workshops, labs, and certification training for strategic customers and partners to accelerate their adoption of our solutions and support business opportunity development.
● Develop & Localize Content: Collaborate with global product experts and vendors to create, adapt, and maintain accurate, engaging, and locally relevant training materials for the Chinese market.
● Build a Training Ecosystem: Lead the development and rollout of a formal Train-the-Trainer program to scale our training capacity by certifying talent.
● Foster Technical Communities: Build and nurture relationships with technical influencers and communities to broaden market demand and gather critical feedback on our technology.
● Support Full Lifecycle Engagement: Provide end-to-end training support for key accounts, from initial needs assessment through to post-training follow-up and satisfaction measurement.
Key results include
● Successful delivery of internal and external training sessions against agreed KPIs.
● High customer and stakeholder satisfaction scores from training engagements.
● Concrete support provided for the collection and maturation of new business opportunities.
