任职要求 1. 学历与经验背景 * 学历要求： 计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业本科及以上学历，硕士/博士优先。 * 工作年限： 8年以上后端或架构开发经验，其中至少3年专注于大模型应用、AI Agent系统或复杂分布式平台的研发。 * 标杆经历： 有从0到1构建复杂AI系统的经验，或在知名大厂/独角兽企业担任过AI核心产品技术负责人者优先。 2. 扎实的工程架构能力 * 语言与框架： 精通Java/Go/Python中至少一门语言，具备深厚的并发编程、网络编程及数据库调优功底；熟悉LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen等主流Agent框架源码和开发经验。 * 系统设计： 具备卓越的系统设计能力，熟悉微服务架构、事件驱动架构及Serverless技术，能够设计支撑高吞吐、低延迟的实时交互系统。 * 云原生技术： 熟练掌握Kubernetes、Docker等云原生技术，具备大规模集群管理与调度经验。 3.
