Convert viable prospects into clients and owns full sales conversation & negotiation - Work with BD team to identify opportunities and develop new supply chain models and warehouse solutions with focused on cross-border and local B2C warehousing fulfillment solutions for ecommerce platform & KA brands. -Analyze and solve business problems at their root for customers, stepping back to understand customer’s needs - Good understanding of system requirements in ecommerce fulfillment & logistics system as part of overall fulfillment solution. Able to clearly articulate requirements to the business and product teams. Capability to write BRD is a plus. - Sufficient maturity to manage prioritization and trade-offs among selling partner and customer experience, and operational support load.
