任职要求 1、计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业硕士及以上学历，对大模型和 Agent 有深入理解； 2、在 Agentic RL、LLM 后训练（SFT、DPO、RLHF、GRPO）、Agent 系统（规划、工具调用、RAG、记忆）、自动化评测或环境构建中至少一个方向有扎实一线经验； 3、熟悉 PyTorch 和大规模分布式训练，工程能力扎实； 4、能独立提出研究假设、设计实验、搭建评测，并从坏例中快速定位问题； 5、对健康场景有兴趣，重视安全、隐私和真实用户价值； 6、有以下经历者优先：在 NeurIPS、ICML、ICLR、ACL 等会议发表过 Agent、强化学习、自我改进或评测相关论文，或有高影响力开源项目；做过…
