1. 数据结构等基础知识掌握牢固，有良好的架构设计能力，熟练掌握Objective-C/Java，熟练使用XCode/Android Studio及相关调试工具； 2. 具备良好的分析解决问题能力，有良好的编码习惯，质量意识良好，有技术难题攻关经验； 3. 具备良好的沟通能力和业务理解能力，可以很好的跟产品沟通需求，善于主动推动项目进展并达成项目目标； 4. 有Flutter项目经验，参与过中大型Flutter项目这优先； 5. 热爱移动互联网，对新事物敏感，喜欢探索，有较强的创新意识与责任感。
工作职责
1、负责夸克App的业务开发工作，包括跟产品同学沟通需求、业务需求开发和上线，效果分析，稳定性监控及维护，重/难点技术攻关； 2、承当业务架构设计、概要设计工作，负责整体方案拉通、推进及实现落地。
