工作描述
任职要求 1.计算机、人工智能、数学、统计学、自动化等相关专业本科及以上学历，具备 1～3 年算法相关工作经验； 2.编程基础扎实，熟悉 Python、C++、Java、Go 等至少一种常用编程语言，具备良好的工程实现能力； 3.熟悉机器学习、深度学习基础方法，理解常见模型结构与训练方法，如 LR、GBDT、DNN、Wide & Deep、DeepFM、DIN、Transformer 等； 4.熟悉 PyTorch、TensorFlow、Scikit-learn 等常用机器学习或深度学习框架中的一种或多种； 5.具备一定的数据分析能力，熟悉 SQL，能够基于数据发现问题、提出假设、设计实验并验证效果； 6.对广告、推荐、搜索等业务场景有一定理解，了解召回、排序、预估、特征工程、样本构建、模型评估等基本流程； 7.具备良好的逻辑思维能…
