任职要求： 1、计算机、数学统计等专业本科及以上学历，研究生学历优先 2、熟悉linux环境，熟练使用sql进行数据分析和处理，精通python开发、tensorflow开发。 3、3年以上机器学习相关工作经验，扎实的算法基础和工程能力。在用户画像、行为序列挖掘、图关系、反欺诈、反作弊等一个或多个领域有1年以上相关经验，熟悉各类算法原理和性能调优，有实际项目落地。 4、良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，数据驱动，有较强的责任心和进取心。优秀的学习能力，能根据工作需要灵活调整自己的方式方法。
工作职责
工作职责： 1.负责集团各业务场景中风控治理的算法研究，包括但不限于欺诈治理、作弊治理、生态治理等。从复杂的业务流程中发现问题并进行问题抽象，设计高质量的应对方案，保证方案落地。 2.使用tensorflow、python、机器学习平台等各类工具开发并部署风控算法模型，进行反欺诈团伙挖掘、识别各类欺诈行为，搭建欺诈服务监控系统 3.开展集团内各类数据的特征研发工作，形成知识库。进行行为序列特征、图关系特征、多模态特征的开发和验证。 4.优化现有模型效果，并对模型架构进行系统化升级，建设自上而下的风控治理体系，丰富风控治理层次，推动应用落地。 5.紧跟行业的最新研究进展，关注前沿技术动态，进行相应的工程开发和业务落地。关注大模型、agent的发展趋势以及对安全的影响及应对。
