工作职责
●负责南亚/南部非洲区域的运营和发行工作,对接研发和区域本地发行团队,肩负项目KPI;围绕区域重点节点,根据南亚区域用户需求,制定区域活动和商业化策略;●根据产品主线内容及专项更新,主导区域商业化植入及推广方案的制定及落地执行,负责专项玩法的运营对接与推广落地;主导区域三方支付渠道对接运营,拓展南亚/南部非洲点卡业务,优化区域用户支付体验,为收入KPI负责;●深入了解南亚区域用户特征,结合社群与用研反馈,以及对竞品动向的深入分析,为团队输出合理可靠的区域运营洞察,给出后续规划思路和建议,推动并关注实际落地;●新产品拓展及尝试;基础的数据分析和常规汇报工作。 Work Location: China-Shenzhen
• Based on studio business needs, propose and implement studio day-to-day operation processes, and project-manage studio key initiatives • Support the daily management of studio leadership on studio budget planning and resource allocation • Explore methods and tools to increase the studio operation efficiency • Continuously strive to understand our players, closely monitor and analyze market trends, and develop strategies that will benefit game development and studio growth • Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to support Riot China studio development and the publishing of Riot China studio developed games
Analyze player data and competitor datasets to understand behavioral patterns driving current player performance. Collaborate with multiple teams at Miniclip, including Player Insights, Marketing, and Community Managers, to develop strategies that impact the successful publishing of Miniclip games. Monitor competitor activities and performance, share best practices with the Miniclip team, and drive the implementation of impactful follow-up initiatives. Based on feedback from key target users, propose feature recommendations that positively impact the player experience. Integrate internal Tencent resources to provide necessary support for Miniclip's publishing capabilities (e.g., payment processing, anti-cheating measures). Overview: We're looking for an experienced and highly organized Esports Operations Manager to lead the seamless execution of our league operations, tournament management, team and player coordination, community engagement, and third-party tournament partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of the esports ecosystem and the ability to manage multiple complex moving parts in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: League Operations - Craft and manage comprehensive match schedules, league formats, and operational timelines. - Ensure strict adherence to league rules and competitive integrity across all participants. - Oversee game data tracking, results processing, and rule enforcement. On-Ground Operations - Plan and execute the entire match day tournament flow, coordinating with all departments for a smooth event. - Manage and test tournament devices throughout the season to meet tournament and sponsor requirements. - Develop and implement referee standards and training programs in coordination with vendors. - Formulate and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for on-ground operations to drive continuous learning and improvement. Tournament Operations - Develop, revise, and enhance tournament rulebooks based on product, team, player, and stakeholder requirements. - Create and deconflict the esports calendar and tournament match-ups by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. - Formulate, revise, and enhance tournament formats and brackets. - Execute roster lock procedures throughout the season, including submission collection, application review, and data management, ensuring compliance with league requirements for registrations, transfers, and roster changes. - Manage prize pool setting, calculation, and distribution for MPL ID and MDL ID. - Coordinate with broadcast, production, and marketing teams for comprehensive tournament coverage. - Handle all logistics, including match flow, registration, seeding, and results processing. - Plan and execute both online and offline tournaments. Team & Player Management - Plan and host regular manager meetings with MPL and MDL teams throughout the season. - Act as the primary liaison, effectively handling and delivering requests between teams and the league to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Plan and execute comprehensive team hospitality throughout the season. - Monitor, collect, and analyze relevant news and information about gaming and esports in the Philippine market. - Plan and execute initiatives for teams' performance enhancement, including data service, new player scouting, and coach training. - Manage all female MLBB teams within the Philippine market in collaboration with official female esports partners. - Plan and execute player hospitality initiatives throughout the season (e.g., birthdays). - Plan and execute programs for player education, cultivation, and development. - Provide operational support to ensure teams comply with tournament and league requirements. - Monitor team needs and escalate concerns to relevant departments as required. Community Engagement - Collaborate with the Community Manager to oversee and manage the MPL and MDL communities. - Develop and implement fan engagement initiatives to strengthen grassroots and community involvement. - Coordinate community-led tournaments, activations, and campaigns. - Track community sentiment and feedback to inform future engagement strategies. Third-Party Tournament Operations - Evaluate and manage external tournament organizers to ensure alignment with our brand and game standards. - Provide access to necessary tools, resources, and operational guidance for quality execution. - Serve as the key point of contact for third-party collaborations and activations.
• Drive and execute on planning and multi-phase roadmap for FFGS set and mode development, ensuring alignment with TFT’s broader product goals and long-term objectives. • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality player experiences and foster alignment across product, design, insights, and technical teams toward common goals. • Drive engagement following success metrics that not only drive project success of each set/mode, but provide insights that influence team-wide strategic decisions. • Drive day to day meeting and follow-ups on set related features, patch updates and balance discussions with designers to ensure micro changes are made to improve overall FFGS players set experience • Identify cross-functional opportunities for growth and innovation within revival sets, pushing the game forward in alignment with Riot’s and TFT’s broader strategy, establishing FFGS as a pioneering product within the genre. • Work with the team and stakeholders to set measurable goals and translate them into product requirements that guide design and technical specifications. • Monitor overall game health and performance of player engagement, regularly updating stakeholders on progress and be solution oriented when needed. • Drive a culture of end-to-end ownership, ensuring that each set is delivered with accountability from concept through execution and is aligned with strategic goals.
