4. Experience with data analysis and player behavior tracking.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

工作职责
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and emerging trends in game monetization. 2. Analyze player data and behavior to understand player engagement, spending habits, and churn rates. 3. Develop and test new monetization features and mechanics to optimize player engagement and revenue. 4. Work closely with the development team to ensure that monetization features are seamlessly integrated into the game. 5. Develop and manage a budget for monetization activities. 6. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization, such as revenue, ARPU, and LTV. 7. • Ensure that operations in APAC meet desired performance metrics in the region • Serve as Live Operation’s primary representative • Coordinate with game publishing teams to ensure publishing efforts match product deliveries • Create program plans with cross functional teams such as creative, architecture, operations, technical teams, and leadership • Evangelize processes and delivery methodologies to ensure we accomplish our program goals • Facilitate and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large or team-of-team project teams • Organize program-level planning, communication, and team member rituals • Manage risks and issues across programs and within teams • Foster transparency and predictability by building and maintaining roadmaps for assigned programs • Maintain partner relationships, providing visibility into workstreams and maintaining partner satisfaction • Collaborate with multiple operations’ leadership to ensure that our games operate at the same or better level of quality as other regions
In this role, you will drive business needs to product implementations. You will identify, develop, and implement new methodologies that support DMP development. Typical responsibilities will include: Delivery best-in-class product solutions to enable, enhance and empower existing systems or business processes Maintain products in service to ensure their continued use and acceptable level of quality, undergo continuous improvements based on usage and operation data Develop and refine product solution proposals, build concepts, and lead function design, to add maximal value with minimal overhead Communicate status across different multi-functional groups and management levels, as appropriate - from individual contributors to executive management Facilitate communication and collaboration needed to progress product/platform development Facilitate decision making with relevant stakeholders and drive all open items to closure Identify risks, generate mitigation plans, and ensure appropriate steps are taken to resolve Track outstanding actions required to achieve desired timelines
• Primary responsibilities will include building AI/HPC infrastructure for new and existing customers. • Support operational and reliability aspects of large-scale AI clusters, focusing on performance at scale, real-time monitoring, logging, and alerting. • Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design through deployment, operation, and refinement. • Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health. • Provide feedback to internal teams such as opening bugs, documenting workarounds, and suggesting improvements.
