1. Develop and implement a comprehensive monetization strategy. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and emerging trends in game monetization. 2. Analyze player data and behavior to understand player engagement, spending habits, and churn rates. 3. Develop and test new monetization features and mechanics to optimize player engagement and revenue. 4. Work closely with the development team to ensure that monetization features are seamlessly integrated into the game. 5. Develop and manage a budget for monetization activities. 6. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization, such as revenue, ARPU, and LTV. 7. Support product teams in discovery stages and define requirements using journey maps, information architecture, task flows, and user flows. Collaborate with product managers to fuel product roadmaps and prioritize new features, informed by UX perspectives. Transform abstract concepts into reality through teamwork with software architects and engineers. 2) A Savvy Operator in a Fast-Paced Environment: Manage ambiguity and navigate diverse stakeholder opinions to find suitable solutions. Deliver high-quality, compliant designs quickly, adapting to the iterative design process. Evolve the Design System by maintaining UX/UI standards and ensuring consistency across digital products. Provide guidance on UX/UI best practices across teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Lead Design Mastery: Build impactful partnerships with various stakeholders and navigate complex corporate dynamics. Engage in hands-on design processes from service to interaction design, adhering to Scrum/Agile methodologies. Incorporate industry best practices to create engaging user experiences and validate concepts with data. 2) Stakeholder Management & Design Advocacy: Communicate design clearly at all organizational levels and foster supportive relationships. Educate stakeholders on leveraging UED expertise to maximize project impact. Manage multiple projects and expectations in a fast-paced environment to provide focus for the team. 3) Independence & Ownership in Design Projects: Organise and prioritise design requirements in alignment with strategic roadmaps. Foster collaboration through discussions/workshops with stakeholders for alignment. Visualise complex concepts simply, facilitating effective communication with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. Apply Design Thinking to convert customer needs into effective prototypes. 4) Team Contribution to DS: Drive discussions to unify and improve design components/style libraries across domains. 1、协助参与音乐制作全流程,包括但不限于内容评估、内容修改、制作跟进,统筹歌曲制作进度,确保歌曲按时保质上架; 2、关注抖音、音乐流媒体平台的目标内容,进行日常监控记录与总结,挖掘潜力歌曲; 3、整合优质音乐资源; 4、协助业务进行相关数据分析工作。
1. Handle end to end finance related matters for the integration of third-party payment channels to support business requirements, including (but not limited to): - Contribute to the assessment process for channel partners onboarding and channels contractual terms review; -Provide requirements and coordinate with relevant teams (business, product, technology etc.) for the development/enhancement of internal system capabilities for computation of channel cost (where required); -Assist with configuration and testing (UAT) of system functionality for the implementation of financial system integration solutions. -Assist in ensure stability of operational function at initial go live stage of the integration including handling reconciliation of channel fees charges etc. before handling to relevant operational function team. 2. To design and implement standard operation procedure surrounding operational processes relevant to the onboarding of third-party payment solution providers. 3. Take ownership to proactively identify risks in the existing systems and processes to implement the necessary controls and improvements to minimize and mitigate risks through the collaboration with the relevant teams. 4. Monitors and analyzes cost performance of payment channels, providing support on data analysis and reporting of payment channels cost (as required). 5. Participate in operational/business initiatives for any enhancement as required.
1.Handle (i) ABAC compliance matters; (ii) export control and sanctions; (iii) government enforcement defense matters, cross-borader commercial disputes, ; (iv) internal and external investigations 2.Advise the business regarding anti-corruption and anti-bribery (ABAC) and other regulatory compliance risks in various risk areas. 3.Identify and develop compliant, effective, and practical solutions for the business. 4.Draft and revise ABAC related policies. 5.Develop compliance training materials and deliver live training sessions. 6.Perform transactional due diligence relating to ABAC. 7.Oversee vendor due diligence relating to ABAC. 8.Collaborate with other Global Compliance Policies team members to handle (i) cross-border government enforcement defense and complex litigation matters; (ii) internal and external investigations. 9.Stay informed of changes in relevant regulations. 10.Respond to new and emerging compliance and regulatory risks, guidance, and trends.
